Went to the drive-thru, and like many other people said, employees were acting like they were closed.
I live nearby, so I pass Pulaski a lot, but this is the second time in the past few months I’ve actually been to BK, and noticed there’s never any people, and with good reason. TERRIBLE location. They didn’t give me barbecue sauce, they undercooked my fries, they gave me onion pieces not onion rings, oh yeah! They also crammed all the food into one bag, basically smashed all the food in there, even the napkins were all wrinkled from everything having been shoved into the bag forcefully.
It’s such a shame, I loved Burger King growing up, this location was the one so used to go to as well, so sometimes I would still go, but this visit convinced me NOT to do so anymore because of the terrible employees. It’s just not worth the gamble.
Bad experience with pickup of online order in the drive thru. After parking to eat we discovered we had all regular cokes instead of having two regular and one diet. We went back through the line and at first they ignored us. Then they actually asked for one back! Isn't that unsanitary? They also forgot to upsize one fry. Horribly customer service at this location.
So I was thrown at this Burger King because I was in the area. I will be honest I stopped eating burgers a few years back trying to be more health conscious. Nevertheless, I wanted something light so I ordered fries, chicken fries and a cookie with water.
Pro- the bathrooms were fairly clean and the ambiance was fairly welcoming. The wait time is long and when you are served the meal is cold. I have been at a few Macdonald’s and I see why their competitor is doing better than them. At McDonald’s if you order a meal and you are dining in the server finds your table because you collected a number after your order which enabled the server to find you and present you with a warm meal. Moreover , they welcomed you as you entered as well.
Now that is called good customer service. Besides I thought businesses tried to outdo their competitor but not Burger King ????. I do hope they improve their service, customer service and meal preparation.

Service and food here were very good, but the restaurant needed a bit of cleaning. Still, the food is very good and consistent, I prefer the char-broiled burgers to the fried burgers. They have improved their fries but I still think McDs are better
12-03-23 (10:30pm) As a manager myself I find the “ignoring” you and being OPEN at the drive through a problem- could have just said “sorry we’re closed” but not saying anything is just wrong. The chick working shows no type of work ethic- then again it all starts from home. (:
Great Customer service here the cashier girl is polite and has a great way to greet customers in the speaker I love coming to this location the food is always fresh
@Manager please get new staff. Your employees look miserable with an attitude. Please stop giving nasty attitude and then hiding behind those windows. Working at a food chain restaurant isn’t for everybody. Don’t like your job? QUIT. Employees with nasty attitudes will get the same energy with me. And yall wonder why those crazy videos on drive through go viral on social media.
