Great experience fit for kings. Location was clean, staff were friendly and efficient, and prices were low. Tried the Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich with some coffee, it was delicious. Highly recommend.
Let me explain why I only give this Burger King one star and you can make your own opinion from here...I wanted to get a whopper junior with no cheese. I asked specifically for this and when my burger arrived, low and behold it had cheese on it. I politely asked them to remake it as I didn't want the cheese. They remade it and it again arrived with cheese on it. I walked up to the counter again and politely stated my burger had cheese on it. I literally watched them take my burger and pull the cheese off the burger and hand it back to me. I understand about costs, but if I were lactose intolerant, which I am, any leftover bits of cheese on the sandwich would not sit well with me or anyone that is lactose intolerant or has food allergies or sensitivities. I proceeded to call the manager and advised what had happened and suggested a coaching for staff about the dangers of food allergies and sensitivities. They offered for me to get a replacement sandwich but I was already home and just threw the sandwich away.
Went through the drive thru got a chicken fries meal with onion rings , also got an 8 piece nugget and a value fry.
The chicken fries were that hard and cold , they went into the trash after the first bite of nastiness. You can tell they been sitting there for awhile and clearly were not fresh or even close to it. Onion rings were soggy along with the fries , the only thing good from this order was the nuggets .
Tried calling the store multiple times , nobody answers the phone . Who ever runs this store should be ashamed they let food like this go out to people who spend their money there. Wouldn’t recommend anything from this place anymore.
Not my favorite place but it will do. They really should change their pre-recorded greeting for the drive through. It's horrid.
I keep going here, but every time they mess up the order. I can honestly say that every time in the past 5 years now they messed up every single order.
Unfortunately it wasn't too good, the fries weren't fresh, hot and my sandwich was also not heated to good and it's not like it's cheap to eat there anymore. $3.19 for a small fry I'd expect them to be fresh and hot not old and cold. Usually it's better there.
I am not a fast food person but id rather eat burger king than McDonald's
Worst service I've ever had a a fast food chain. Not only were my burgers cold to the touch, but my one burger had a hair in it. My sodas were flat and Burger King refused to refund my money for the problems I had with this order. DO NOT order from here.
