Wheelchair accesible push button frame mounted that was finally repaired ( the parts to replace were on 2 year back order ) so access is very easy , free open Wi-Fi , there is hand sanitizer but no other Pandemic precautions . High chairs are available for the little kings and queens as are the cardboard crowns , pick a long French fry as a scepter and a little imagination and your royalty . I have zero complaints with food quality / freshness or cleanliness I enjoy my visits . The do offer advance ordering and payment in APP allowing you to select dine in /pick up /drive thru . They do not have outdoor dining unless you find sitting on the sidewalk curb fine (for me that’s adequate YMMV) I have picked up thru drive thru , there sensors usually don’t detect a wheelchair but a light knock on the window fixed that they have mixed plastic booths and tables as well as high top bar style seating ( I always choose a high top as I have knee abductors so fitting under a standard table is sometimes problematic , high top I can elevate to a perfect position and don’t have to fold my footplate up) service has always been fast & friendly . They always offer to take my meal to table and offer to make my drink (I’m the “mad chemist type” so I always do it myself . It’s always pretty calm and easy going atmosphere , as long as it’s not busy I have Bose speakers on my chair so I will rock out as I pig out .
A new cashier. Was sort of slow. Fries were hot. Store was fairly clean.
I don’t know where BK gets off running these commercials while serving chicken that looks like this. For a “premium” chicken sandwich, this is fkn embarrassing! FFS the McChicken surpasses this in terms of meat to sandwich ratio. Thin, dry, and overcooked; a disgusting excuse for a piece of chicken. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Can no longer eat a Burger King the past 3 times i've eaten there I get really bad stomach aches and pains and a lot of nausea!
I was so impressed with an employee named Jerell. He was kind to people, even when he had to go out of his way to do so. We need more people in customer service like this young man.
I had a "free any size fries" coupon. They gave me small without asking. More is always better!! Try asking when in doubt. My cheeseburger was barely warm as well. I probably will not be back.
You will not have it your way. Go to a different BK. Terrible workers here.
