This is very good for airport food. I would even buy this quality of food if I were not at the airport, which is saying something. It's sort of like a cross between Steak n Shake and Five Guys, but at the lower quality of Habit Burger. Hamburger patties are thinner style, but not in a "I'm the airport so I'm going to rip you off" kind of way. Just that's the style of burger. It also has a really nice char to it. The fries are chunky, hefty potato fries with a nice crispness.
Vest part was the employees. They actually looked... happy?! I don't know if I've ever seen airport food service employees genuinely looking happy. They were saying hi to other airport employees/coworkers, but still staying on top of orders.
Stay in the area if you order- They are trying to run a well-oiled machine and if you walk away while they call your number, it slows them down as they have to look for you.
Would recommend.
I really don’t get all these negative reviews. I am here eating a double cheeseburger and I believe it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. There was one review saying that it was like steak ‘n Shake, and five guys. I agree with that review. The burger was juicy warm and the fries were awesome.
The food itself wasn’t horrible, but I wouldn’t recommend Burger Joint to anyone. The employees were not friendly, it seemed like I was an inconvenience when I walked up to place my order and pick up my food. An employee was charging their phone near the cheese that was set out on the counter. My burger was undercooked in parts and the fries weren’t the best.
If you’re looking for a good burger you’re better off bringing one in from outside the airport. Burger was dry, asked for mayo on it and the cashier said it comes in the side, ironically I didn’t get any in my to go box. Charging $4 for bacon when they only give you 2 small slices is not worth the price at all. Also asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it was well done, fries were barely salted as well. A waste of $25+, better off going anywhere else
The service was wonderful but!!! $34 for a chicken sandwich and some fries drink not included and $4 avocado slices on the sandwich! seriously! Highway robbery! I’m not even sure if the food was that good or if I was just hungry ???????????? the sandwich and fries were cool haha
Good options. Fast ordering with 2 cashiers. Took lot of time to give our order(3/5). My flight started boarding when they started to prepare.
Turkey burger was awesome(5/5). fries were ok (3/5). I ordered avocado and jalapenos which they didntput inside burger, kind a expecting inside (3/5)
French toast was good(4/5).
It is very rare to find good food at airport. Burger Joint is à very good spot in SFO airport. Burgers are excellent Quantity is good. Well done jeep going
Absolutely not worth the price. Produce isn't fresh, honestly I'd say that McDonald's has a higher standard of quality. Make sure to eat before you arrive at the airport if you want a burger... Unless you enjoy using the bathroom on the plane that is...
