It's not normal that I give 5 stars across all categories. For a place you can fried chicken and burgers their chicken was very good. In my opinion this chicken is hands down better than the Sailor man's chicken and sides were better also. Service was good for being busy as they were at 8:45 pm, yes they stay open later than 8pm.
As for atmosphere, it was very clean and well maintained, not too much decoration but who need frills if your food speaks for you.
I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was soo delicious and fresh! The place was clean and the servers were kind. A casual dining experience.
This is the only good place to eat around this town! Me and my son have eaten there the last two days. Yesterday when we had the chicken and today we had the catfish & shrimp platter. Both were good. Nothing super great but it was good food. No complaints.
I come here for the chicken. Its good but today we ordered mac n cheese (that we had to wait a little longer for) but it came out cold. That was pretty disappointing. The food here was always good and this place is always talked about well. Will definitely not be ordering that again.

Great food. Great prices. I drive from Alexandria to eat here.
I had the best hamburger (ordered small) that I have eaten in years. Fresh, tasty, all the trimmings - it was delicious. And my side was mac/cheese which was also delicious. And the prices were great - I think the burger was around $2.49. Overall great meal for less than fast food chains.
