Best WLM Reviews
I ate in the Chicago O’Hare, Terminal 3, opposite gate L21 place.I ordered the Schnitzel burger with fries. The food arrived quickly. The fries were inedible. I had a few bites and didn’t finish it. The burger had its own issues. Looked good but far too much tartar sauce, very messy, and it overwhelmed the fish. Again, too acidic from the amount of vinegar. I couldn’t taste the fish, which maybe was the idea. The place itself was not very clean either, which was worrying. The personal not was the friendly.Sadly, I won’t try the chain again. I do not recommend!!!
Photo ???????? im just open box .
They took forever to give me the food. The fries were tasteless. The sign in the front says "please seat yourselves" but they do not mean it. I got a beeper for when my order was ready. Their tables were pretty occupied so I sat at THEIR bar which was pretty empty. The bar tender, who does not display her name on her badge, whose picture is here attached, and does not look like the happiest or nicest image of the restaurant, told me that unless I was planning to buy a drink, I needed to leave, even though I had just bought food from THEM and had a beeper in hand. Later she told me, when I questioned her, that I could sit at a table but not at the bar. It sounded like she was desperate for tips, although her behavior is probably not attracting tips very much. The ironic part is that she was also going to the tables to serve drinks, so I wonder under what concept of hers the table was ok for me but not the bar. Still, whatever weird concept they choose to impose, they need to post signs and behave accordingly, with good manners, and no inconsistencies. The restaurant is in a pretty bad state, but this woman was the worst part.
I arrived to eat at the place, and I was talking on the phone, the waiter rudely told me that the place was for his clients... he interrupted my call... please give a customer service workshop to your workers. Obviously I went to eat somewhere else and it turned out much better.
Manager was incredibly rude. We got our food to-go and we inquired what was taking so long (10 minute wait and no one there, and employees were standing around seemingly not doing anything). The manager was incredibly rude - insanely rude - dismissive, not helpful, honestly looked a bit stoned.
They then gave us the wrong order of food.
When our party told the manager we would be avoiding this place in the future (unnecessary, but true), the manager actually turned around and said “I’ll tell them to avoid you too,” then walked away. To be poignant, I was not part of the conversation, but a bystander. The manager made the situation 10 times worse. A simple “I’m sorry for the wait, I’ll go check on your order” would have immediately made the situation better - customer service 101.
Not sure of the managers name (young man, light brown hair) but hope ownership takes notice that this is not the way to work with customers.
Probably the best airport food I’ve ever had!! They do breakfast until 930 then switch over to lunch at 10 am. I got the chicken schnitzel sandwich & the side salad - which is HUGE - it’s basically a full salad. I also got a bag of chips. It was delicious - chicken was crispy & everything was really fresh. Definitely worth it! $21 for everything was really good in my opinion for it being in the airport.
The server on [Amy?] was so freaking nice and took care of us. Ordered the schnitzel burger and some buffalo boneless wings. She was lovely, kind and the place looked clean. Working in an airport restaurant can be rough and people give them such a bad wrap sometimes. I found this experience pleasant, warm and welcoming, those other reviews seem a little precious tbh. I’m rarely in Chicago, but was glad that we chose to eat there.
We had the Chicago Classic and the boneless wings.
The wings were good and the burger, with angus and Italian beef, was excellent. Service was prompt and efficient. The environment is clean, well lit, quiet and calm, with generous seating. This is a great choice for families. Pricing is very reasonable for an airport. So glad we ate here--it is worth the walk.
I went here despite the negative reviews . I wanted a good burger and decided to try it. I got the sunrise burger. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had! The fries were good too. I only had water so my bill came to just over $15. I’ve been back two more times and and they were just as good. I got a seat quick, ordered quick, and the food came out quick. I was there less than 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be back!
