This is the third time and I've had enough, I ordered a chicken sandwich and the inside of it was raw. That is not ok, and they just try and brush it off by giving you free meals but how many times can u trust it before u get sick?
First time buying from this place and had bad impression about the quality of the service and quantity .. the taste was very salty .. No Worth for the price.. A lot of bad reviews about food.
I’ve tried over and over through the years to give this place a chance but I will finally say I’ll never order there again! Every time I get food it’s cold/not fresh. I live less than a mile away and they had a wing special on Uber eats so I decided to give it a try. Order was delivered with 20 mins of ordering and my food was gross/soggy/cold. I called up and they informed my the food is “cooked upon order” and “not kept in any kind of warmer”. There’s no way the food would be this cold even if left open on the counter. They said they couldn’t do anything to complain to Uber! Horrible customer service and a complete waste of money. Threw all the food away my kids won’t even eat it!
We had just move in town and wan it to try different fast food . Very disappointed chicken sandwich was not cook completely, my burger had so much burn onion like when the grill hasn't been clean regularly, when ask for a certain drink we out of it 3 times out of it! And very expensive for poor quality service and food !!
Was told I had to try this place and I don't think it's worth the hype. Went twice to give it a fair shot, had the Conductor burger which was good, not great and the cheese fries the first time and they were bland. And for $16, not even close to worth the money. Second time had the spicy chicken sandwich and the gravy fries. The sandwich was mildly spicy but also bland like the gravy on the fries. I certainly won't go out of my way to come back here.
Worst place to go to I made a very bad decision going to burger Express. I'm paying for my food and the lady works. Have a really bad attitude. I will never, ever go to this place again. Afro Payne, I get this kind of attitude. This place is not for me. Sorry, worse, worse, worse ever I went to a restaurant. That's the worst ever.
I miss when B.E used to serve fresh chicken.
I went to burger express today to have a good dinner but all I got was over heated chicken that was put back on the oil to make it crispy again.
Chicken was so dry inside and full of hot oil on the outside.
Cheese fries with barely cheese and look like someone just put a spoon of cheese on the side.
Hope the owner can take care of this and help employees with some good training and make sure food is fresh.
Delicious sandwiches..Specially the Big Burger ..Wonderful place to eat with family and friends..definitely i recommend this place...Carteret N.J.
