What an absolute joke this company is. Zero management skills from the owner all the way down. You can literally let the phone ring for 30 min. They either shut the ringer off or don't care that it rings. One would think the owner might wake up one day. ????????♀️????♀️
I forgot my hearing aids and they were very patient with me. The prices were great and service was awesome. I ate out side and she had no problem bringing the the food to me.
3 stars for Burger Express. I did read some other reviews and I can validate some of the negativity I read about. I went in 4/24/2021. Ordered $35 worth of food (see attached pictures). Was told to wait at an empty counter. Front counter girl did a good job taking our order and getting us our sauce and drinks. We filled our drinks and went to a table to sit down and wait. The tables were gross. Not wiped down or sanitized at all. The floor was even more gross. The small trash can door had stains all over the front of it. Plenty of seating inside. Bathrooms are small. Waited about 15 min for our food. Fish and chips came in a grease saturated bag upside down. Fish was very chewy which means it was frozen for a long time before they cooked it. Tartar sauce was terrible. Fries were good. Burgers were not bad. Bacon cooked perfectly. All kids and one adult in the kitchen trying to figure things out. Drive thru had 6 vehicles waiting in it. This is the only burger place in Priest River that I know of. Shake are really good but how do you screw up shakes? They had few maintenance issues like broken tables and doors. Parking was no concern. Our only customer service experience was the gal that took our order and she did good.
The bacon double cheeseburger I got was phenomenal. I added grilled onions and asked for pepper jack instead of Tillamook and everything was perfect. The cashier working the front was so sweet and changed my Pepsi to a huckleberry milkshake for me last minute even though there was only her and one other on staff and they were busy. This place was awesome(: hands down would come again!
Wow, this may seem like your everday little roadside burger joint and indeed it is but it's way more than you'd expect.
The burgers/sandwiches are full of flavor with the freshest veggies and a variety of buns.
The fries/rings are cooked perfectly leaving you wanting more and more... (I couldn't stop eating them).
We ran out of room and didn't get a chance to try the ice cream. Considering how busy it us though, it's worth stopping just for that.
If you're looking for good eats (with burgers that could rival man v food), you've got to check this out.
Saturday noon. Snow berms in the parking lot. The previous customer left as I arrived. I ordered the double double cheeseburger special without mustard. I saw the wifi password of the day. Did not use it since the 4G worked so well. I got caught up on messages as I waited. 10 minutes later, the burgers arrived exactly as ordered. They were delicious. The next customer arrived as I left.
I went here on Tuesday 15th. I do NOT recommend this “Restaurant”. It was like stepping into a horror movie! The place was so dirty, I felt like I needed a hazmat suit just to sit down. Don’t get me started on the employees. I swear, one of the employees had these bulging lizard eyes that made me question if I had stepped into a reptile exhibit! Not only that but she was extremely rude to costumers. Ive never seen someone give such a stink-eye while taking orders. If you want oil soaked fries and disgusting burgers, feel free to come here!
This place turns customers away when they still have their open signs on, and the quality of the food has gone down tremendously with the change of owner and the kids they hire. Do NOT recommend, you can get better food elsewhere in Priest River.
