This place has a really good burger which is only beat by the low price! Cheeseburger under $6?!... Nice!
I ordered online thru Google which took me to "slice.
I ordered a steak salad -w/chicken and I wanted ranch dressing, ceasar, & vinaigrette.
I got chili cheese fries.
An order of mozzarella sticks.
& I ordered a boss burger and I added mozzarella sticks, an egg and gyro meat to the burger.
When I arrived it was empty and there was a young guy and an older one by the grill they turned around when I came in.
I walked up to the counter and they just kept their backs turned to me.
After a min or two of waiting there.
They turn back again and the younger guy looks almost annoyed I'm there and the older one walks to the counter he tries to smile and finally ask me what I needed.
I said I had a pick up order.
I showed him the order.
He went to grab it.
And to my surprise..
The burger did not have the bacon it's supposed to come with.
And they gave me BBQ sauce for my mozzarella sticks and not marinara sauce ...
I also had to ask for the receipt..
He didn't even ask if I wanted it.
When I saw the receipt it said it was powered by "toast" not slice where I ordered it from which wasn't that weird to me but it showed cheaper prices than what I paid. So maybe it shows the price before all the add ons I put ..so not reflecting the extra money I paid for things like the egg, gyro meat, or even the dollar per dressing on my salad when they gave me 3 of the same type when I requested 3 different ones. Also I tipped them when I ordered because I was happy to finally try out burger boy lounge but the receipt he gave me didn't show that...
So my order wasn't 100% correct and the service could be a little better .. so
Kinda disappointed..
Otherwise food wasn't bad.
The salad was the best part.
First time customer. I order add on $1.99 side order of onion rings with my burger. The staff member is argumentative that the attached photo is indeed the side order of onion rings I paid extra money for. Completely unbelievable
This place was an unexpected treat for a fast food hamburger joint with a lounge feel! I had a really good burger fries and drink for $10 in about 10 minutes. I chose to eat there and it's air conditioned well with music. Aayan who helped me was super sweet and makes a great burger! I'll definitely bring my family back. They are open super late too which is good to know!
BEST philly cheesesteak I’ve ever eat …you should come and try it guys
The food is good but its been over a year and the management has not updated the prices in the store...large thin crust in store says 15.99 and I was charged 21.99.
The staff says the boss never lisens.
They should honour the displayed prices.
I had an order delivered from Burger Boy. Everything was correct in the order except they didn't make the sloppy Joe.. they sent a cheeseburger instead. I called Burger Boy hoping they would make it right.. I understand that mistakes happen. The man was so incredibly rude!! He actually hung up on me! He told me it wasn't his problem that I didn't receive it!! He packaged it! What an absolute waste! I would not recommend this place ever! They should be out of business for poor work ethics and practices!
It was a great experience with Burger Boy Lounge to have a delicious Philly cheese steak with awesome French fries. It was a wonderful service
