My friend and I decided to stop by here for a quick bite, since it was on my list of places to visit in Pittsburgh. We each made a custom burger and ordered some hard shakes. He ordered the s’mores and I ordered the Cookie Monster. They were both super tasty and spiked perfectly (you can barely taste the liquor because they paired it so well with the shakes). The burgers were DIVINE. My custom wagyu burger was honestly the best mf burger I’ve ever had. We definitely will be back here soon!
This place was amazing! Our waiter was Jade and she was so patient with us. We came in around 8pm and didn't realize they close at 9pm. She didn't rush us to leave or anything. I truly appreciated her hospitality.
I ordered the cookie shake and the hormone free burger with truffle sauce on a brioche bun. Let me tell you... chefs kiss !

It’s been a while since I had Burgatory. It didn’t disappoint! I had a bison burger and it was so good! I like the fact that you can build your own burger. I had the campfire s’mores milkshake and that was amazing! The place was pretty busy but there was no wait.
Had a custom burger, and it was great. I just don't like that the closest one is over 3hrs away. Service was quick, and the waitress was friendly. The atmosphere wasn't bad. it just seemed like another bar, to be honest. The only downside is I think the tables need some TLC, but I could care less about that it wasn't harming anyone.
Always enjoyed the food and have tried multiple locations. Waterfront was a first for me. Order the Piggy B & J for my sis and I had the standard deluxe. The food was really good. I would say the service was quick, but it wasnt until the order was submitted; which is about a 20 min difference than when you place/pay on line. So i waited over 40 minutes. I don't know who's glitch it was, but that made for a less than stellar experience. Otherwise, zero complaints. The location is awesome and I recommend a lunch time visit just because the parking is easier.
A burger is a burger but it does make a difference if you build your own! Plenty of other food options,; nice cocktail menu; I also appreciated that in addition to sports the big TV screen has Big Bang Theory showing. THANKS! Not everyone loves football…even when their team is winning! Plenty of parking and nearby shopping as it is located at the Waterfront. If everyone is down for a burger, skip faster food and go here!
Great burguers! The decorations are fun and it was open until late which made it perfect for a dinner after a movie at AMC.
There are several burguer options and you can also create your own. The service was okay but a bit slow, it took some time to get cutlery for everyone, and no one helped clean a water spill.
Overall, it's a good spot for dinner in waterfront
