Outstanding service!!! Repaired by truck for a fraction of the price of the competitors and detailed my vehicle when they were finished. I will definitely use them again for all of my body work needs.
A careless driver smashed the front end of our 2013 Honda CRV. These folks did an outstanding job on the repairs! They matched the paint perfectly! After the repairs were complete, they even detailed it, not a speck of dust anywhere, inside or out! The staff was super nice to deal with. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a top-quality body shop!
Car needed repair after being hit while parked. This is my 3rd visit here, first 2 were great but not so much this time! Insurance company got me a rental for 2 weeks then called they were going to total it out since Burchfield up'd the price 2k.. I disagreed & kept the car. After getting the car, omw home the bumper BLOWS OFF! Thank God no one was behind me! Returned the car & was told the guy hurt his back "mysteriously the same day" ended up riding around for 2 weeks without a bumper! Emailed the owners about the problem & didn't receive an email back!! Finally ended up getting screws & rivets and putting on the bumper myself SMH!!! They only care about your money nothing else matters to them!!!
Botched my car and blamed it on me hitting something after it was “fixed”. Wouldn’t recommend this place. It was a total of 5 months going back and forth with them regarding corrections. 0/5 rating
So far things have not gone well. Got hit by a deer and brought vehicle. Kept my van for over a week telling me they had to get my glass tinted and other bogus claims. When finally picked up my van I was not thrilled about the looks of my vehicle since the window that was supposed to have been sent to be tinted was the original glass still scratched up from where the accident happened. Windshield still had stickers on it and my check engine light came on as soon as I left. No big hurry to get my vehicle back in to correct the issue. Over a week later and still problems not resolved. Very disappointed.
They repaired some body damage for me a few years back and have now used them 3-4 times. Vehicles always look just as good as before the accidents. There staff makes every part of the process easy. I hate having to see them but I sure am thankful to have a company I can trust!

My son's Camaro was hit while parked. I went online and looked up body shops in my area because I'm not familiar with the Columbus area. I ran across Burchfields Body shop. I read the reviews and overall it was highly spoken of. I proceeded to take the car, while a little skeptical because it's an Anniversary Camaro only so many made in the world, and asked if they would be able to fix it and nail the paint perfectly. I picked it up yesterday and it was perfect!!! I was so very pleased with the work detail and paint job. It looks as if it had never been hit. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone. Great customer service, punctuality, and a friendly environment.
