For the years that I been coming to this restaurant, I have never been treated so poorly. I literally sat in the drive-through for at least 7minutes waited patiently no one even took my order. Only to have someone drive up to the other lane and have his order be taken immediately. I was not even asked if I can be helped. I literally just walk inside to order a chop salad, which is the first picture and I ended up getting the second one instead. Offer no apologies or even a discount. Disappointment ????????
They packed 2 bags of gravy and 2 two lb packs of beef in one paper shopping bag. The bag totally ripped when we took it out of the car so we had to pick up our Superbowl dinner off the street. Easily avoided if the split itvup or double bagged. Also ordered 3 pasta dinners that have very little sauce. Not a great experience for an order that cost well over $100.
I really enjoyed the Italian Beef. Many have said it was an average version of the Chicago staple but I found it to be the most flavorful I've had since moving here--get it hot and sweet. ???? Also, the Chicago dog was better than most I've had, particularly because of the thicker dog as compared to other places.
Its always freezing in this place..bring a sweatshirt. Food is great. Always clean. Priced ok. A long walk from the parking lot to the door, dont know why they built it that way.
Buona means good. BUT they are the best. I go especially for the Italian beef. It is #1 for me. Texture, spices and flavor are perfect. So is the bread and peppers too. Clean restaurant and friendly employees. Keep up the good work. My go-to place continues. Get here. You will not be disappointed. And clean bathrooms.
My favorite thing from this place is their grilled chicken Caesar salad ✨????
I have to get the dressing on the side bc the one time I didn’t … it was too much dressing (FOR ME!) but yeah it’s amazing!
Ordered online, went into drive-thru to pick up and only 1 employee was taking orders on the 2 different order screens! Why have 2 screens if you only have 1 order taker?!? Finally got to the window and the food was cold, ordered the fries extra crispy and they weren't, waited another few more minutes and they gave us fresh fries. Got home and found that my wife's pizza barely had pepperoni on it when she actually ordered extra pepperoni. My Italian beef pizza was missing the beef! We were on hold for more than 10 minutes waiting to get a manager on the phone to explain the issue. We have a credit for our next order so I'll give this place 1 more chance. If you choose to go here, double check ALL of your order!
A favorite as far as a place to eat. This location is new and always clean and always staffed by friendly workers. I'm amazed at how buona offer so much value . The parking lot is adequate and there's outdoor seating. They also serve alcohol and have a good kids menu.
