We had a miserable experience at this shop but ended not too badThey put on a generic bumper instead of the honda bumper that was quoted and the paint was poorly matched. Our van only had 16,000 miles on it so we wanted it as good as new.Then when we wanted it redone with the honda bumper. The manager crag called back and cussed my husband out saying it was our fault. He thought we wanted to save on our deductable by putting on a china made fender instead of Honda’s bumper that was quoted and paid for by our insurance.Crag did apologize for how he acted and said it was a miss understanding and after another week we picked up our van. The paint matches nice this time but there was some waviness in the paint. He did give us $50 back for cussing at us and not being at the shop when we went to pick up our van Cause when he call to say the van was ready the second time it was 1:43 on Friday and we said we would pick up in about an hour At 3pm we arrived and no one was there. We called the shop and emailed them and finally left without our car at 3:15 and had to keep the rental through the weekend when it was only covered through Friday. It would have been nice to get a call they were leaving. They do not keep regular business hours even though they claim to be open 9-5 m-f on there web page. It wasn’t the first time we went by and their shop was closed during normal business hours We didn’t hear from them till my husband called Monday morning . I will update this post if the paint doesn’t hold up but this is a picture today and it looks pretty nice. The clean up on the car was poor after the second time and the side slider didn’t shut. they did come out with a rag to clean some and got the door to shut but the bumper was scratched on the skids on top and dirty underneath and quite a bit of dust inside just expected everything to be really clean.
First time I used service was when I had someone damaged my bumper at Fred Myer parking lot and ran off. I had to pay out of pocket.Craig did great job fixing my car and very reasonable. Second time I had to fix my son’s car I damaged. Again Craig fixed it and did great job. I had dent on the side and damaged bumper and he fixed like it never happen. Again price was very reasonable too. He is very reliable and keep his word. Now days, trust worthy business is hard to come by, however Craig performed over and beyond. I recommend him highly.
They did a great job rebuilding the entire right side of my Tacoma. The only problem is now the rest of the truck looks old and shabby! I highly recommend these guys.
Craig is very personable, and came recommended by my mechanic. This was my first experience with his shop, and I was not disappointed. In fact, the paint job was perfect. You could not guess where the former rust & scratches were. Nice!

Been going here my whole life, the founder Henry fixed my first fender bender 15 years ago, and his son Craig and his crew continue to do great work. I recently had them fix my truck after a hit and run driver smashed in the front corner. They fixed it right, fixed it quick and took care of everything on the insurance side, making sure to call the adjuster back when they found more damage. Couldn't be happier with the work or the experience.
Craig was very helpful from beginning to end. I went down and checked on my rig multiple times. He always greeted me with a smile and a handshake. he also went above and beyond what you would normally expect. Not to mention the work he does is phenomenal. I would recommend this shop to everyone.
Craig replaced both my front bumper and also fixed my Driver Headlight for only $100 more than I got from a different auto shop, I’m taking my business there again.
