Chicken tenders were excellent. Great atmosphere with a mix of young and older crowd. I really enjoyed our time there and when leaving through the outside dining area meet the owner John. He asked us how the food and service was and was very genuine. As we were pulling away we saw him interacting with other customers and clearing dishes from other customers tables. That's how you build personal relationships with customers and run a business.
Very yummy food, the mashed potatoes are delicious, ribs are immaculate and the brisket and pulled pork are super yummy. We also got wings but I prefer the chicken chunks. I highly recommend this restaurant. Plenty of parking options and the staff were nice and speedy.
Be advised, if you go on a Saturday evening parking is extremely difficult to find and one of the main parking lots behind the restaurant has no way out once you enter so you have to back out. We had to park several blocks away and were more than 5 minutes late for our reservation so it was given away (we were about 9 minutes late)
It was quite loud in the restaurant, the service was just ok and the food was fine. It wasn’t anything to write home about. I had a burger and would not get one again. My husband liked his catfish.
My husband Brian and I, was told about Bullwinkle's by his nephew so we decided to give it a try and I'm happy that we did. The atmosphere was very chill, the server's were very nice and accommodating. The wait for a table was an hour so we decided to belly up to the bar, we had an appetizer and a beer and for dinner the Chicken Lips and Ribs, fries and coleslaw. The food was very good ????. What really topped it off as we were leaving out the back door into the awesome outdoor seating, the owner John stood up and introduced himself to us, shook our hands and asked how our experience was there, now that was excellent PR and we will definitely go back!! Big thumbs up for Bullwinkle's in beautiful historic Miamisburg Ohio.
First time going. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was fast and very sweet. I couldn't have picked a better place to have a lunch with one of my girl friends ❤️
Wonderful outdoor dining experience. They let us bring our doggies to eat. We ordered the Appetizer combo and the Atlantic Salmon with the vegetable of the day.
Everything was great. Their bbq sauce and Salmon glaze as a bit too sweet for me, but t still delicious and we ate every bite.
The doggies ordered a plain hamburger patty. If that patty was their standard hamburger patty, then their burgers are massive.
The moosetaters were a first for us, very good and almost the size of a small slice of pizza. The spicy ranch was excellent. Not that spicy, but loaded with flavor.
Excellent experience, and I bet even better if their is a game on. They have a 12 foot TV outside to enjoy.
Alexis(spelling??) Was our waitress, and she was excellent!
Pot roast was really salty and dry. Chicken fingers are super greasy as you can see the brown napkin. I could not finish my lunch. Baked Beans had way too much mustard in them. My husband couldn't finish it either. I don't know what else to say. Megan was the only good thing about this lunch. She was super nice!!!! 5 stars to Megan, if I can give no stars I would on the restaurant. Gnats are pretty bad also.
Love Bullwinkles. The atmosphere is amazing. There is character everywhere you look. The did is equally good. I recommend getting anything BBQ. I especially like the pulled rib sandwich. Hash puppies are unique and delicious. I get them every time
