Even if you bring your own oil and filter, these guys STILL want over $40 to to do a 15 minute job. No thanks. I'll do it myself. Robbery without a gun or mask....
I have been going here for years. Always happy with the service and guys are pleasant. But today (new employees) my receipt said they filled my washer fluid and they did not, how can I feel certain they checked the other fluids and belts?
Went here and to get a radiator flush and ended up having to put my car in the shop afterwards because they fried my transmission relay. Won't be back ever, will drive an hour out of town first.
edit: talked to the manager and he said they won't make it right so now I'm in touch with my lawyer.
Awesome service. They gave my vehicle a thorough and complete service even things I didn't know my vehicle had. Took care of my auto needs and then some. These guys really go the extra mile.
I bought wipers got an oil change and have them check my tire pressure. The wipers they sold me are not the right size and they are defective. The oil change was reasonably priced. My tire pressure they put 45 pounds and when it's supposed to be 32. So all in all they cost me extra money and extra trips
The wrong oil filter was put on my car. The filter was twice as long as the correct one and was not tightened, when it was touched it literally fell off of my car. Thankfully it didn't fall off while going down the road.
Damaged our car after using their services. This place cost us a lot of money. Would not recommend.
