Do not take your truck or trailer to Bufkin Truck Services. I took my trailer here that I just bought to get a simple Dot inspection. This young guy did a level 3 inspection as if he were a dot officer in the inspection bay at the scale house. He was inexperienced and did not know what he was doing. 1hr on my trailer for a dot inspection. I never in my 23 years of trucking seen anything like this. Everything on my trailer is working and operating properly. AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER HERE.
Ok, I took my trailer to my mechanic and found there was nothing wrong with my trailer.

Same Company as Longview Truck Center. Poor service, I bought a truck that they rebuilt a motor in and it lasted less that 60,000 miles. The invoice they gave me when I bought the truck said the cost was over $13,000. They didn't even replace the head bolts. The turbo was replace according to the bill, but when tearing down the motor it had a large amount of play, much more that one would normally see in a turbo that had less than 60,000 miles. I have no way to prove it but the motor does not look like it was rebuilt, it looks like they produced a invoice to sell the truck. Like I said, cant prove anything. Buyer be ware.
Great people and didn't overcharge or find mystery problems with my truck. Thanks again for the fast work and great price.
