The food was wonderful and a rare perfect experience at BW3.
She even made the suggestion to sub colby jack cheese instead of blue cheese on my loaded tater tots! Great job Hannah - please get ready for a call to lead my future business!!!

First time going to this location. Host sat us at a dirty table that we had to clean off ourselves. Service was slow, not a lot of people there. Food was not that great. The quality has definitely went down.
We have been to this location a few times in the past, today was one of the worst dinning experiences we have had. We were seated relatively quickly, then we waited... 20 minutes or so later someone finally came by to take a drink order, then we waited. After finally placing a food order, yep you guessed it we waited. About 40 minutes or so later, the wrong food came out and yes we then waited. After the food came out, Luke warm at best, we waited for our check. After receiving our check, if you wondered if we waited... That answer was yes! When the server came over to collect the check, we waited for him to return so we could sign and leave finally. All told it took us about 2 and a half hours to have a couple of beers, some wings and cheese curds. That seems like we may have waited a bit much. We will probably wait before trying to head back there again.

It's a Buffalo Wild Wings. I got what I ordered, and the food was hot. The service was good.
Came in here at 10:28 to pick up a to go order that was said to be ready at 10:30. Paid and placed the order online and sat in the restaurant not acknowledged . Lady comes to talk to me ask for my name and at 10:55 she comes to tell me that she doesn’t have my order in the system. I show her my receipt and email and she tells me there is nothing she can do and her kitchen is closed. What in the entire hell? If I pay for my food, show you my receipt why would you deny me service and then not offer to fix your mistake. Then they tell me my money will be back in my account in 1-2 days. I will be calling corporate in the morning. It seemed as though they may have cleared my order and instead of acknowledging the fail, they sent me away without food or my refund! Will NEVER visit here again.
Went there yesterday. It was an absolute horrible experience. THEY HAD NO HEAT,(1° outside) server said, for days. They had two servers, no bartender. The manager must have been hiding in the back all night bc we never saw them. We waited 30 minutes just to get drinks. And it was FREEZING. We couldn’t leave bc she took our drink and food order all at once. Someone in the higher-ups needs to absolutely be contacted, I’m just not sure who. This location’s service is poor(at best) on a good day; little-lone, zero heat. The manager/owner of this establishment needs fired and to never work in the restaurant business again. I was honestly thinking of reporting it to the BBB.
We have tried over and over at this location and not once have they gotten a single order correct. Each time we order 30 boneless wings half honey bbq half Buffalo sauce so I wouldn’t think it would be all that difficult. Tonight there was a mix up with the timing of my online order, no big deal. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting almost 45 minutes they came out with my order and I should have checked before I left but I didn’t because I was tired and hungry. Of course they gave us traditional wings with different sauces and none of the 6 ranch dressings that should come with it. No one will answer the phone so I can’t even try to resolve this with them. We’re done trying with this location.
