We had several happy hour special drinks as well as a 30 piece wing order. All were excellent. Our server was Casta and she took great care of us and Kirk the manager checked in on us to make sure things were top notch.
When I got there no one was at host stand to sit me. I just set myself at the high tops. I guess coming after 9 what service are you expecting to receive. However the food was bussin. I didn’t have a taste for chicken so I got a burger. When I say that burger was too good I loved it. Next time I’ll ask that it is cooked medium that’s my only critique a little well done for me but I was hungry. Like this is a wings place but it was too good. It was a Wednesday night so it was very empty.
Horrible night. Me and my friend were starving and she suggested we come here. Didn’t know it was self seating until the lady who works the front came out and told us. Our waiter was new and very nice, we liked her a lot. They had a little special going on for boneless wings w/fries. Me and friend get some nachos and the wing special. My nachos were ice cold and boneless wings were hard as a rock. I have braces and it felt like a bracket almost broke trying to bite into it. Our fries tasted like there dipped into the grease and thrown on the tray. I really miss how good this place used to be.
I have been to this location 3 times this year. Each time, the front desk lacked anyone to greet you and service was slow. The people who do end up helping are friendly enough but on peak days (like the Super Bowl and then again at the start of March Madness), there should be ample staff, and there wasn’t.
They have a no waiter, scan this code and we’ll bring out your food system. The first time I used it, I was miscellaneously charged for a bottle of milk well after the fact of leaving the restaurant.
Most recently, I placed an order for mozzarella sticks only. Was told by the app that they would be ready 30 minutes after placing the order. At the 30 minute mark I go in to obtain my food and it’s not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes in an all but empty restaurant for a single order of mozzarella sticks.
Pack your patience or go elsewhere.
I came during happy hour and it was pretty quiet and calm which was awesome. I just planned to stop and grab a quick bite. My drink was very good... whatever the pink drink on the happy hour menu was.. they said they ran out of mix and we're only able to make the one I had and no more which would've been a bummer if I wanted more but nonetheless, it was very good. I was very pleased with our waiter. He was very helpful and patient. He made accommodations for a item that wasn't on the menu which was the burger that used to be on the menu with avocados as pictured.

We just left from our worst dining in experience …ever. When we first arrived we were greeting by a sign that said “seat yourself”. We decided to try and sit at the same booth we first was seated years ago for our kid’s first dine out date when he was one. While we made our way to the booth we were rejected rudely by the only waitress working that “uh uh, you can’t sit over there I’m the only one working”…and walked away from us leaving us wondering where was an “okay” place to sit. Bad way to start our lunch. We decided to stay and ask the same waitress was it okay to sit in a certain area. Once seated, the waitress came by and asked us for our drinks order, which was really confusing because we already started to place our order through the table app. We decided to go old school and order through the waitress. We sat over an hour for our food just to be told “we don’t have any cauliflower”. My fiance doesn’t eat meat and that was really the only thing she could eat from the menu. This would have not been an issue for her to select something else but the rest of the food was already at the table before we heard this news, and no type of compassion shown from the restaurant/waitress. At this point and time we just asked for to go containers and just left…would not recommend going to this location especially during lunch service.
I'm here in Maryland visiting my family having a beautiful/wonderful time. My son is on his head to go to Buffalo Wild Wings, so we did & the food is good!???????? Please check out the pictures to see what we ate. The next time you see a Buffalo Wild Wings check it out you'll be glad you did. ????
Perfect place to watch any sports game. Love their appetizer, lot of vegetarian option.
