Ordered through doordash. Pulled a bloody bandage out of my bag. Sorry the picture is bad, I threw the bandage back in the bag after I realized what it was. don't eat here. besides the bloody bandage at the bottom of my bag, the wings are always inconsistent, today they looked super dry and small. I obviously didnt eat them because of the bloody bandage found in my bag.
I came in late Tuesday night, there was a disruption from a table, not a big deal. But the manager who was just the sweetest girl came over and personally apologized for a scene she did not create/ that had nothing to do with BWW. The food was amazing and so was the service. Shout out to the manager who kept it together and handled that situation with grace and poise. She deserves a raise!
i am in shock. i found an actual screw in my food. i wish that this was fake but i honestly could’ve never thought to make this up. i ordered takeout and put it in bowl which is why it’s not in a bww container.
The food was great and so was the atmosphere but our waiter on the other hand wasn't too great.... We ask for ranch dressing and never got it and he never checked up or came around to our table... My husband ended up drinking my drink because he ran out of his and our waiter was no where to be found... My husband had to get up from my table and go ask for the ranch dressing. When we were ready to leave our waiter appeared randomly and took forever to give us a box to go... I hope next time is better
My table was one of 4 tables in the restaurant at lunch. It still took 20 minutes for our order to be taken, another 20 to get our food, and we had to chase someone down on the other half of the restaurant to settle the bill. On top of it, someone in my party had to go get to-go boxes himself. Not one employee made any effort to recognize the lack of service or do anything to rectify.
TL:DR. They can't be bothered so I can't be bothered to return
I would order from this location all the time because of the type of service this restaurant offered. Lately with my recent orders my boneless wings are burnt. Either it is burnt and they cover it in sauce or they serve more breading than chicken covered in sauce. I am lucky to have 1-2 pieces of chicken to enjoy and then having to throw out the rest because its either dry, burnt or just covered in breading….
I have come here multiple times and have had issues each time. My second time eating here my server was more worried about eating my order of mozzarella sticks, than finding out that I had placed two orders instead of one. She was eating on the floor and being extremely unprofessional. Instead of teaching me how to use the system, she told us to scan the QR code and she would be back. I didn't see her for 20 minutes. The food has been good but besides that I have never felt welcomed. Only rushed.
I only visited to have a glass of wine. Waited 30min at the bar and still nothing....this is by no means exaggerating. Patience finally ran out so I'm going somewhere else.
