My client wanted to go there! It was very busy. We had to sit ourselves! Waited for 10 minutes before someone brought a menu. Took 10 minutes before they came back to take our order! Took longer to get our food! Onion rings were to crunchy. Chicken sandwich was the best! No one came around asking if we wanted a refill or anything! I asked another lady for napkins. Another lady came to table with silverware and napkins. No refills for our drinks. They didn't ask if we wanted any dessert or anything else! Gave us the bill for us to pay up!! Last time I go there!!! Didn't leave a tip due to having 5 different women coming to our tables 1 to take our order,1 for our 1 and only drink. Another one brought our food another 1 with silverware and napkins then the last 1 for our bill!
I rarely ever eat here anymore. I thought it was just a problem with the franchise, but I’ve eaten at a couple other ones in other places that were actually really good, so I guess it’s just this location. If I do eat here, I usually order online and plan for 20-30 extra minutes of walking back inside multiple times to correct the order because it is rarely ever correct and they always forget something. I decided recently to eat in and we spent almost 15 minutes just getting someone to come to the host stand in the near empty restaurant on a Monday. Got to the table and it was covered in something sticky and still had straw wrappers on it and bits of food. We waited close to an hour for food to come out and it was only two entrees; chicken was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it or crush it with your hands, and it was so dry we had to ask the server for extra sauces— of which she never brought and I had to go to the host stand three different times to get them and the other things we asked for; each trip to the host stand I spent at least 10 mins waiting for someone to even come to the counter. My friend got some kind of chicken hot dog thing and it was literally just a bun— barely any chicken to fill it whatsoever. It took us about 2 hours to finish up here, especially since our receipt said it was printed 25 mins before it was ever brought to the table. I’ve worked food and absolutely hated it so I try to be extra forgiving and understanding when it comes to service and food, but god that trip was miserable and it made me remember why I don’t eat here anymore. Save yourself the time and money, they need a serious redo of literally everything and everyone working in the store.
I hope this place shuts it's doors.
I have tried to participate in this business twice in the last two weeks. Once to be completely ignored while seeking to dine in.
Should have known better than to try and think that I'd have better chance with take out. They didn't even answer the phone.
Don't waste your time or your money.
This is the 3rd time in a row my family & I have went here & been so thoroughly disappointed. After being sat, we waited at our table for 22 minutes without being greeted before I went to the counter & asked if we had a server. When the manager approached her, she said she had no idea we were there although she passed our table several times & looked at me & smiled. I just assumed we had a different server for our table. It took forever to get 1 of 2 appetizers. Longer than forever to get our food. Also my husbands drink needed changed in the back & we couldnt get anyone to the table until the first app was brought out, but the girl dropped it & ran. Finally got him a new drink after our food came out. Didn’t get one of my daughters food items, one of mine, and even my husband was missing food. Once we got it all I asked for a refill & she took off before I could ask for one for my daughter as well. When she did return & I asked for my daughter’s refill, we received an eye roll & attitude & “need anything else this time?” We intended on ordering dessert but our receipt was slapped down on the table & again ran away. Finally got her attention when she returned for payment & asked for dessert, boxes, & lids. We got a cold piece of cake straight from the fridge on a cold metal tray with no ice cream that was supposed to come with it. I asked if it was supposed to be heated & she jerked it out of my daughters hands as she gave us a new $100 receipt for all the piss poor service, horrible attitude, & incorrect food we asked for.
Just take your money elsewhere.
If you enjoy being waited on in a friendly and timely manner, I recommend almost any other restaurant in the area! I just assumed I got the B-team the first few times I was here, but I genuinely think the staff is just like that. Every time I’m here, I get scowls and side-eyes for… waiting in line? I get it work sucks, but until things change a bit I think I’m done with this location. There are better wings from friendlier stores and probably shorter wait times, too.
Could keep the dining floor cleaner. Waitresses should know what table is theirs when people are seated (management?). We sat there for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. When they finally figured it out, the waitress did a good job.
For the first time ever we had atrocious service from the minute we walked in. Our waitress should've been sent home for being absolutely high on cocaine or something. Our food came out an hour after we ordered it and was served cold and wrong. I ordered boneless and got traditional, order 2 American burgers 1 add guacamole and it didn't. Had to ask for dipping sauces twice. Waitress was awful. She used our table to sit her serving tray on to serve everybody around us and couldn't get our food out on time and the cooks in the back were just as bad. They literally asked if we got our food and ate it already but forgot that we ate it. Like for real? The manager was a waste of skin. The hostess stand was sitting empty for over 25 mins while the manager stood right beside it and never offered to seat anybody. Worst trip ever to ironton bdubs. Worst 100 dollars I ever spent on food.
I was here at lunch time (1230pm EST)
I sat at the bar, and got a beer, on a Thursday. If you're in the mood for wings come here on a Tuesday (for bone in wings) or a Thursday (for boneless wings) and they are cheap versus the other days. I got 10 wings for $7. A good deal considering.
The dining room and the bar are both clean. It has been updated since I've been here last (like 2 years ago maybe?)
It's loud (typical sports bar) , so if you're not into loud places, you may want to get your order to go.
They have a nice variety of drinks and serve Pepsi products for people not into getting alcohol with their meal.
They have a payable digital juke box, that fits very well with the modern theme they have going on.
The only drawback during my visit was I waited over 25min for my meal. Not a big deal really, I'd rather wait for quality than have it hurried for bad quality food.
Great job to the entire staff and management! Keep up the hard work!
