This was the worst chicken and food I have ever had in life. The chicken was over cooked not well done. Possibly old in-terms of being cooked and reheated. The food tasted like someone doesn’t care about what they make. Clearly no quality control. We ordered wings, fries and a chicken sandwich. The fries were old and over cooked. I literally almost chipped a tooth. The sandwich was sloppily put together. One of the fry orders was significantly smaller than the other. Which is confusing because they we ordered to of the same size. I asked for my wings to be cooked hard not over cooked to the point of some being inedible. I also order half lemon pepper and half plain. They gave a sprinkle of lemon pepper and then didn’t separate the plain. I had to put extra seasonings on. The chicken sandwich was soggy. I will not be ordering again. I’m not sure if this was because this was an Ubereats order or not. I have gotten a to go order before and had a slightly better experience. But this was the last straw I will not be ordering from this location. I highly do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would!
Such a bad experience at this location. We went on a Saturday night and it was not even that busy but the service and wait was horrendous.
Our waiter got our order wrong multiple times and never apologized. It looks 45 mins for us to get a glass of water.
While walking to our table we passed 4 empty tables and they placed us near the door so there was a cold draft coming in the entire time.
We wanted to order more food and drinks because we were hungry but didn't feel it was worth it to stay. Please please save your time and money and go to a different location.
I ordered the boneless wings in Thai curry and Parmesan garlic. The quality control on this order is so bad because there is barely any sauce in the wings. It’s such a tardy cooking. Usually you get them smothered in sauces.
Also the other day I had the burger with onion rings which made me throw up later because it was too greasy. I couldn’t even finish the whole thing.
This location is not good.
Got a craving for chicken wings and decided to drive all the way to this Buffalo Wild Wings place. The wings are flavorful though the service is unsatisfactory as they didn’t serve me with the same courtesy as they do to other patrons but, hey at least the food is good so giving four stars.
Love the food here! The wings are really big with many choices for flavors in both sauces or dry rubs. I chose original buffalo sauce which was perfect. I did have to ask for additional sauce as the wings were lacking a lot of sauce. The burger was also very tasty and I would recommend, much better than I had expected.
We ordered a large order of cheese curds and onion rings as well and the portions are very large so keep that in mind. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and the cheese curds were amazing!
There is a very large selection of tvs to choose from and just ask if you want to watch something, chances are they will change the channel for you.
So why not five stars? Essentially the service unfortunately. There was no line and multiple staff saw us waiting but said nothing and then someone did say that someone will be right with us, then 5 min later that same person sat us. The restaurant was. It busy, maybe 4 tables were full out of the 20 plus available. Not sure of the disconnect but just a bit disappointed in having to wait over ten min to be seated in a relatively empty restaurant.

This was my 1st time eating here. The waiter was wonderful. We had two of them. One had to leave because it was the end of his shift. He worked until the end. No problem, here comes Johnny. ( not from the Johnny Carson Show) LOL. He took over. He was pleasant and quick. My sister asked for warm water. We were told that they didn't have it. She asked to speak with the M.O.D. Here comes Mr. Tristan. He was calm and pleasant also. My sister explained why she wanted the warm water. Mr. Tristan explained why they didn't have any. They came to an understanding, and all went well.
My niece ordered the Buffalo wings and loved them. She also ordered chips and dip with Quesco. It was an enormous amount. Loved it!!!!!!
I ordered the Dirty tots, and it came with Brisket meat and a lot of other things. It was all delicious.
We both also ordered cheese cake. Haven't tried it yet. We were all entirely full. The AC was kicking, so bring a sweater.
Nashville hot chicken sandwich was awesome!!! Potato wedges were hot fresh n crispy. Loved this place. I have tried their chicken sandwich and wings before, and I loved those, but I was disappointed by their french fries twice; too skinny and dry. You can definitely order ahead to not wait in line. Dine in experience is great for chit-chat or watching sports.
