When we arrived there was no one at the front to greet us unfortunately. We waited several minutes before a host came. Besides that we had a great time. There was an abundance of tv screens to watch different sports and shows from any table at the restaurant.
After the wait we were seated in a comfy booth. We ordered drinks and food. The server was attentive and gave fantastic service.
My brother really enjoyed his birthday dinner and received half off his wings order with his rewards membership.
It was the first time my son tried Buffalo Wild Wings. He enjoyed the dry rubbed lemon pepper chicken and fries. The celery is always a perfect snack for me. The menu has a great variety of chicken sauces and dry rub flavors too as well as appetizers, burgers, salads and other options.
They want to come back again sometime!
Really cheap with coupons from the app. The wings were all soggy though. I think if we go back we'll just get dry rub with the sauce on the side.
Seemed understaffed but I think they still did a good job. Cheap beer gets them an extra star
I have gotten takeout from this location more than once but never again. I’ve had this same issue happen each time I go here. Yesterday, I place an online order that will be ready at 6. I show up about 5:55 and it’s not ready. No problem. I’m early. I tell the girl that I’ll sit and wait. THIRTY minutes later after I’ve watched several other people get their food, a different staff person asks me if I’m waiting for food. Yes, I am. Turns out it’s been ready for a while. When I turn to the original girl and ask her why she didn’t tell me, she argued with me about it being busy and she didn’t know I was waiting. A simple “sorry sir, I screwed up” would’ve been enough for me. Then to top it off, because I’m a bit caught up in the delay, I failed to check the order. They missed multiple side items and a drink. BWW just isn’t good enough food to put up with that. I’ll find somewhere else
Great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings today! Janaya and Jazlynn were great when it comes to customer service and reliability. Will definitely be coming back for more basketball games!!
Our service was not great. Brought the wrong food. Forgot one of our orders. Food was brought out at all sorts of different times. Drinks didn't get refilled, even when asked. Food was mediocre: some if it was not hot. Long waits for anything we asked for(drinks, napkins, silverware). Overall, not a very good experience
Went in there today. Was walked by twice by what I assume was the hostess. It was 345pm on Saturday. A ton of tables open. Maybe 10 tables seated. She looked at us, not 1 word to us and made us feel like we were a burden. We left and are now at Pizza Ranch where we were greated as soon as we walked in. Everyone is smiling here.
I tried called BWW to speak with the manager and after being on hold for some time, it said nobody could answer and line disconnected.
Beyond disappointed as we had ate there about 5 years ago and had horrible service. We thought we would give it another shot, we won't make that mistake again.
ordered food about 15 min later they came out and said that they didn't have what was ordered. so I ordered something else 10 min after everyone else received their food mine came out the 10 min later the appetizer finally came out. Son picked up his burger to take a bite and a good cup full of Grease poured out it was absolutely disgusting. waitress was nice with that and refunded the burger. but we will not go back.
Had Tim as our server. Very nice guy! Got our drinks and food very quickly! Was very polite and very courteous. Please’s and thank you’s. Made us feel very welcome!
