Our server was really amazing tonight, I wish I could remember her name. She was very attentive, she kept our glasses full the entire time. We ordered the limited time all-you-can-eat wings special. The chicken did take a very long time but our first batch was amazing. Perfectly cooked and perfect amount of sauce (pictured). Our orders after that took long to arrive and the wing sauce started to dwindle, and some of the wings were humorously small, but overall it was a really good bargain. Our server did everything she could to keep it a quick process for us.
My salad screamed ecoli. rotten lettuce when paid extra for a salad. Burger was over seasoned. Was not satisfied.
We had an issue with our food last week and I called down and spoke with the manager Caitlin and she was kind enough to fix the problem for us... We really appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond to take care of our next meal!! Thank you!! And by the way the second order was perfectly done thank you McKenzie for getting the order right!!
Who needs pizza and beer when you can have Beatbox and Buffalo Wild Wings ?! Always great tasting food. Now serving beatbox at California and Arizona locations. Let’s bring them too Massillon!
Not a huge Buffalo wild wings fan but the food was normal for them. It was good. Nothing wrong, no complaints but the staff was super amazing. They went above and beyond even put cartoons on for my niece so she can watch it instead of sports. Absolutely phenomenal staff!
Unless you want your money stolen I suggest don't eat here. Bill was over $100 and the woman got a $25 cash tip from us that was left on the table. She then added a card tip of another $25. Was refunded but still if you have to steal money maybe you should go to school and get a higher paying job. Was a loyal customer but this has not been the first time. I will not go back.
Absolutely will never come here again, to dine in or for carry out. I ordered online and waited around at the restaurant for 45 minutes and was so frustrated by the time I finally got my food that I didn’t even check the bag… big mistake. Got home to only one of three meals correct, and completely missing two other items. I was patient and understanding when they told me a cook passed out but to wait that long and still get everything messed up is infuriating. And they closed before I could even get it fixed. Thanks for the measly $5 certificate I will never use. What I ordered vs what I got…
I did a to go order and arrived pretty quickly, and the lady was so nice, and my order was ready right away. Every time I get food from here, it's always so amazing.
