After we arrived literally 30 mins later a guy went to serve us… mind you we order drinks and food… ironic the food got first no drinks!! My waiter awful he was lazy and looked like he didnt care much… anyways with the wings was the end of it they came so fast that they were partially cooked ah and it had feathers.. i literally threw up… i told the waiter i didnt want anything didnt get the drinks so i decided to leave and he said ok… this place is disgusting
I ordered the brisket burger and it was 2 out of 10. The burger itself was great but hardly any brisket. The waiter tried to convince me that's the way it is. Poor service too. But I blame the kitchen. Not happy at all with my whole experience
Food: We ordered 15 boneless wings and 15 traditional wings (mango habanero, spicy garlic and buffalo sauce). I really enjoy spicy food, so my all time favorite sauce is Mango Habanero, but if you prefer something less spicy, spicy garlic sauce is a good choice. We also ordered All-American Cheeseburger (5/5), Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap (5/5), and Classic Chicken Sandwich (5/5).
Service: Our waiter was quite friendly and constantly checked on us throughout dinner and made sure we were comfortable. Loved the service!
Food was poorly served. My wings were undercooked and had a drizzle of sauce. Pink wings? who serves anyone undercooked food. This Buffalo Wild Wings does. Had to get a manager just to get a refill. I mean yea the place was busy with the football game on but isn’t that your whole motive?
We hadn't been to this place in a few years, the first time we had a really nice experience, this time was definitely not the same. We went in with family and waited for over 30 minutes to see the waiter for our order; after a very long time he comes back asking what our drinks were, he brought part of it and then took 10 more minutes for the rest. After being there 1.5 hours we asked how much longer because it had been a while, his answer was "i know " and walked away. 20 minutes later(almost 2 hours after being there) we get 3 of our appetizers. One of them was guac and chips and that's when it became unacceptable. It looked like leftovers. There was guac rubbed on the sides of the container and it seemed like someone had taken some out from the appearance of it. Asked to speak to a manager who was not helpful at all and left the place. No way we are coming back.
Since it was so delicious, I ate it all and I took the photo after enjoying my plate, so you leave a plate and a drink when it is perfectly empty.
Wish I could give a ZERO rating. Ordered delivery multiple times. Wings were always dry with little to almost no sauce. And every single time the sides (blue cheese, ranch, celery & carrots) were missing. When called to the store about the issue the employees put me hold 4 times for about an hour and the manager was rude, wouldn't even listen and hung up on me.
My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was nothing short of a disaster. Expecting to enjoy the all-you-can-eat boneless wings special on Monday or Wednesday, our experience quickly turned into a nightmare.
First, we had to seat ourselves, which was already off-putting. It took an excruciating 30 minutes for a server to finally acknowledge our presence. When we did place our orders, it took another hour and 15 minutes for the food to arrive. Out of our group, three of us received our meals, while the remaining two waited an additional 30 minutes. By this point, we had been there for an hour and 45 minutes and had only managed to eat three orders of wings. To make matters worse, two of those orders were completely wrong.
Our waitress, though kind, was clearly not prepared for the job as it was her first day. It was painfully obvious that she hadn't been adequately trained, and management seemed indifferent to the chaos unfolding. The final straw was witnessing another table of two individuals who had been waiting for their food for two hours before finally receiving it.
In a desperate attempt to find some resolution, I approached another server to ask for the manager. She responded with an attitude and claimed she didn’t know who the manager was. A quick glance into the kitchen revealed 15-20 workers, several of whom were on their phones, doing absolutely nothing.
This experience was beyond unacceptable. I will never return to this location and will be contacting the owners to express my profound disappointment.
