Came in for dinner. Service was good. Food came out cold. We complained and the waitress took ours back. They put food in microwave and brought back out. Food was dry and just breading not much chicken. The waitress said that was unacceptable and had the order remade and the third time it was brought to the table by the manager it was much better. Fresh hot and meaty.
Just left. Everything was rushed out. Food wasn’t even warm. Fries cold, sandwiches were cold. Waitress brought us the wrong order first time around, daughter got boneless wings which were delivered not long after my husband and I were almost finished eating. Evens her wings were like warm. $70 + ticket for this kind of food and service?
Most likely won’t be back unless we can get a refund for the garbage we just received. We can only afford to treat ourselves once a month to go out like this and we were so disappointed we wasted it here.

Service was a little slow. Sports bar so of course it was loud
I had stopped going to this place due to the poor service. Whave have been several times recently and the service was way better. Glad I gave another chance because the food is great. I'm not a big sports fan . So rhat is not a huge deal to me and not a fan of how noisy the place is. That is why I'm not keen on the atmosphere. But the product is great and the service was way better and had no wait time on any of the visits. Which was a huge shock and very pleasant.
We arrived and were seated quickly but it all went downhill from there. It took at least 10 minutes for the server to take our order and then I was the first to get my food but had no silverware to eat with. It took another 10 to 15 minutes for my wifes to arrive. During this time the server walked by us MULTIPLE TIMES and did not stop to see if we needed anything! When she finally stopped we told her my food was cold now and we needed silverware. She did nkt even apologize! Utterly ridiculous!
Had a terrible experience today with our server Krystal! She served our table of 4 and treated us with a bad attitude. I observed her smile with other tables then treat us like lesser humans. She would drop her smile while walking past us, plus not attend to us. She threw the straws on our table but would place them with other tables.
Keep in mind, we were 3 Latinos and 1 African American. Only reason we’ll be back is for the food and for a server we had last time we were there. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name last time.
My husband and I ordered wings on Saturday night and they were horrible. They were old and hard. You could tell they had been cooked for a while and just had added. They were not even warm. The service itself was fine the staff was friendly but the food was very disappointing. And for the price we paid probably won’t be going back there for a while.
