The waitress was on point with the drinks and making sure we were ready for another. We had an eight person party. They got us a table to fit as soon as one was available. And the food was amazing. I've ate at many B-Dubs but this by far is my favorite. Thanks for making an amazing plate of food. I got to try a bunch of different wings and other food. Everything was top notch. Our service was excellent and will be back again.
Great service, nice restaurant, lots of TVs with a variety of sports for all fans such as football, basketball, hockey, baseball, etc. The restaurant also has in store keno and other lottery games along with a gaming area for lottery. The bar is nice with a vast selection of beers on tap. Our server was Brittney and she was great.
Our server Annette was GREAT! Food was brought out promptly and was the correct temperature. I strongly recommend this BW3 for your next wing related meal!
Annette is a great bartender. After experiencing the level of service she provided, combined with the food that was hand delivered to me by her, I honestly don’t know if I will ever eat anywhere else again. I pulled all of my money out of my retirement accounts and I plan on only spending them at this specific Buffalo Wild Wings location while Annette is working. The experience was so earth shattering that I think I need to speak with my doctor to ensure I can handle this level of satisfaction.
Good but the appetizer came out after the main food so kind of defeated the purpose.
Went there again a couple times recently and it was much better the last few times. Still not the fastest service but everything came out correctly and was hot and fresh and the servers were very polite. My baby loves when we go here because he's just enthralled by all the TVs and loves to try to sneak adult food when he thinks we're not looking.
From the moment we walked in the expirence was awesome. Annette was our sever and she was awesome. She answered all our questions and helped us out as we have a Daughter who is allergic to milk. Annette was also super funny and always made sure we had everything we needed. By far the best server I have ever had and will definitely be back with my family because of her.
My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings left me feeling disappointed due to an unexpected hiccup with their Tuesday free wings promotion. As a loyal customer, I always look forward to taking advantage of this offer, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations.
Upon arriving at the restaurant and placing my order, I eagerly anticipated enjoying some delicious wings on the house. However, to my surprise, when the time came to redeem the promotion, I was informed that their system was down and they were unable to process the offer.
What frustrated me the most was that I wasn't informed about this issue until after I had already finished my meal. It would have been greatly appreciated if the staff had communicated the situation to me beforehand, allowing me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with my order or not.
While I understand that technical glitches can happen, the lack of transparency and communication regarding the problem left a sour taste in my mouth. As a result, what should have been an enjoyable dining experience turned into a disappointing one.
Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. However, I hope that Buffalo Wild Wings takes steps to improve their communication with customers in similar situations in the future.
Overall, while I appreciate the efforts of the staff, the inconvenience caused by the system malfunction and the lack of prior notification about it significantly detracted from my overall experience. As a loyal patron, I hope to see improvements in this aspect to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable dining experience for all customers.
My mom and I came in today for some drinks and wings and everything was so so good. Our bartender, Paige, was above and beyond. Attentive, sweet, knowledgeable, and just pleasant to be around. Super impressed with how much this establishment has grown, thank you so much! Can’t wait come back!
