I'm not a real big fan of giving reviews like this. Mainly because it's more than one factor.
First of all the cleanliness of the utensils. There was a hair in one of the silverware sets at the table. And the other set literally had food particles still on it.
We were there on a busy day and our server had tables spread out all over the place. Not her fault there was a hostess seating and maybe they go by the next person through the door that doesn't have a table that's who they give it to. I used to serve myself in a Mexican restaurant I know how it is not having an actual section. But on a Sunday they definitely should have had one more waitress or waiter and they definitely should have grouped them together. There were a lot of football fans there that day which is understandable for a sunday. There was a 12 top which in server lingo that means 12 people at a table. So that might have set things a little bit differently as well I don't go here all the time I do not know.
They do have people bringing out food helping the waiters and waitresses. Either way it was around 15 minutes in between seeing her at times. And there was a server station right behind our table.
The food took a while to come out which I understand because of the 12 top!
When the food got there it was absolutely amazing!!!!
Bought 15 chipotle dry rub flats. Got the wings and they were mixed with drumsticks and unseasoned. I talked to the manager and they tried to tell me they were seasoned. I’m no chicken professional but anyone who has ever eaten chicken can tell when you have unseasoned. How can you try to gaslight me at a wing place insanity. Right is unseasoned if you are blind
Food was really good came out pretty quick and hot. Service was a little slow and the music was extremely inappropriate that they had playing.
Good food, great for game watching. Prices are on the middle to higher end for chain restaurant. Typically when we come service is good. When busy it can take a hot minute to get your stuff though.
Love coming here on Wednesdays! 3 dollar pints and amazing lunch specials, not to forget Mary my usual bartender!!! She rocks, she’s real and she is always running to take care of all her bar guests, I can’t complement her enough for her amazing service, would be boring here with out her outstanding personality and wit
On April 19th we ordered wings and when we got them we were missing the 2020 which was $50 I've gone around numerous time with the store the GM and corporate and they keep saying 7 to 10 business days to get my $50 refund and now they won't contact me back and I still haven't had a refund and it's almost been a month. Not to mention the wings were terrible I don't know how they could even consider Them Wings
Don’t come here with big groups! Group of 15 I got bone-in wings (when I ordered boneless) 1 hour after ordering sent them back and never got my wings after another hour of waiting. The Austintown BWW is WAY better. Never coming here again.
Our waitress spoke about two words to us, never checked in to ask how our food was or if we needed another drink. Couldn’t get her attention, waited a long time to be able to order another drink and then drinks take a long time, even Beer. Very little amount of fries per serving and the food wasn’t great at all, would not come back to this location, plenty of other places to eat around do not go here.
