We had such an amazing lunch at this Buffalo Wild Wings our bartender JASMINE is a complete delight! She made me the prettiest Strawberry Lemonade w/chunks of real strawberries in it & did I mention the taste was so delicious! I definitely recommend this restaurant & JASMINE definitely impresses even with a simple lemonade! Her presentation shows she cares!!
It really is a great place would have been five stars. But the fries always get us meaning never hot and somewhat rubbery. Not sure why. They come out warm to hot but never crisp, fry like if that makes sense. Maybe the size has something to do with it. None the less great wings and the sandwiches are great as well. Service was spot on and we are looking forward to our next visit
I have been in the Restaurant Operations most of my career. I really expected more from a big name. It is unfortunate that their is an obvious lack of leadership In this location. Anyone can be put in charge and called a Manager but to be a leader is something lacking here. Atmosphere is obviously always going to lively with that many TVs . Helps distract you from lack of anyone leading the team. Most staff where taxed and you can see some definitely carry more weight than others. Wings where good. Missed a drink from the bar. Manager with a dirty looking beard I think still training had no idea how to address situation. I rarely post but I hope that this place instills some real leadership and turn this place around. I live here and want to see it workout.
So this BWW just recently opened & they seem to be running smoothly per all the reviews. I decided to take the kids because they've been asking. We got there & was seated immediately. Our server greeted us and brought us our drinks. She came back, we ordered mozzarella sticks, and she then came back & took our food order. We ordered 3 kid's meals, 2x mac & cheese, chicken wings, boneless wings & and fries, and all American Cheeseburger w/ onion rings. It seemed like about 20 mins or longer & no mozzarella sticks. I asked the server & she mentioned she forgot to put the order in, but they should be coming out soon with our food order. Our food comes out 10 mins later and STILL NO mozzarella sticks. (Yes, I really wanted them). All of our food was good, the waitress only checked on us once, when the food was delivered. Our drinks were all empty and still no mozzarella sticks.
I asked for the check and told her to ensure they were not on the ticket. She did apologize because she had forgotten to put the order in ????
We might return again with a different server.
Our waitress was named Texas. She recommended the Brisket Tacos and they were absolutely delicious! The food was brought out fast and my son's Boneless Chicken had more meat than what we usually get which was a plus! ❤️ She checked on us and always made sure our drinks were filled. ???? It was a great experience, will be bringing friends next time!
We loved it! Lex was our waitress and she was on it! The place itself is huge, tons of tv's, clean, good lighting and fast service! Our drinks were mixed perfectly and the food hit the spot!
We was served cold food and the excuse was sorry I was to busy to go check and see. Manager luckily took care of our ticket because we was on lunch and couldn't wait for it to be remade, thankyou! I would suggest making sure your hot food is out before refilling drinks or taking new orders if you can't keep up
This location is hit or miss. Today was a complete hit!! My wings were nice and crispy, just the way I like them. I got take out and had the sauce on the side in case I needed to put them in the air fryer when I got home, but it wasn't necessary. The buy one, get one half off deal was a great value, although I wished I could choose flats only. The server was friendly and made the overall experience enjoyable. Looking forward to returning for more tasty wings!
