Ordered take out and every time the order is well past it’s estimated time. Yesterday it said ready by 7:10pm, and I got my order at 7:37pm (this has happened at other locations too). That was an inconvenience made worse by the chicken I received. The traditional wings I got were small and hard and barely had any meat. The boneless I got were better but overall I was left dissatisfied. I won’t be ordering Buffalo Wild Wings again for takeout, it was just unacceptable. It’s 2024, you have to do better or your competition will take you out.
We loved the queso with chili added nachos. The wings were also good. I had the teriyaki sauce. I don't think I would get that flavor again. Our waitress was attentive. The manager who sat us was very nice and quick. We wanted a booth and he cleaned one up for us. It was Easter evening. I am sure the staff had a long day, but they still gave us pretty good service.
My family have been coming here for years and the service, food and overall experience was absolutely horrible.
Most tables aren’t cleaned off, waiting for second tray of wings too for over a hour. Don’t even bother coming for “unlimited wings” because you’ll be paying 19.99 per person for 10 cold boneless wings and fries.
Didn’t even get ranch with our food and that even took another 30 mins.
Also ran out of ketchup so the manager throws ketchup packets on the table and says sorry we’re out.
I see an era of BWW coming to an end really quick and it’s sad. I’m an understanding person since I’ve been in the hospitality field for over 10 years and I’ll Never come back here again.
This is still one of my favorite places to watch sports and eat some tasty buffalo wings.
The selection of beer is also very good.
The establishment has wall, after wall of TV's and is one of the best places to watch multiple sport games at the same time.
The wings are still crispy as always and they have plenty of sauces for you to choose from.
Mango habanero and their regular buffalo sauce, are some of my favorites.
Excellent service and great food. I like that you can mix the sauces for wings. Got a seat right away and the food came out fast. Everything was fresh. Looks like they have a new happy hour too. Mon thru Fri, 3 to 6 pm. Will have to go back and check that out.
Nasty low quality food. They waited to close to gave me a nasty burnt burger on Uber eats. The place was 3 minutes away from my hotel.
The negative reviews are nonsense. Had a great meal with my wife and daughters. Everything was hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. One of the better BWs experiences I’ve had in some time.
Ordered nachos with chicken and 10 traditional Caribbean jerk wings. I ordered the wings to go. I paid $12 for this nachos do I feel ripped off. If you want good nachos go to omega in downers grove on Ogden ave which is the second nachos pictured. The server I forget his name but he was attentive to the drinks and brought out the food in a timely manner. I wasn’t going to complain about the nachos to him we’ll because it’s just nachos and I wanted to be quick. Both nachos were about the same price
