The manager doesn't do a very good job. He doesn't seem to care much. He floats around sipping his cup, drinks dieing at the bar. Large table behind us remains unbussed after sitting for 20+ minutes. Seems all of the tables are on one server and no one cares to help her even though she's clearly drowning.
Sitting in the bar area has been challenging, food service related, in the past. Not this time. The bartender had some good backup from the expediter/server staff. Food was good and hot. Drinks and beers cold and delicious.
I was at the BWW in North Myrtle Beach and Robbie was our service. He needs a raise. Best server I have ever had. I live in Ar but from Ca and never had anyone as pleasant, professional , very attentive and just a great guy which made our experience very enjoyable. Thanks Robbie.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. There was a mistake in the order, there was no solution on the part of the waitress. I asked for a manager and I explained the situation, I said that I wouldn’t mind paying at least 50% of the order although I didn’t try, and I think he didn’t even bother to recognize the error. He only gave me $5 off on a meal that I don’t even touch. Worse costumer service ever . I had never visited a place where they start fighting with the costumer about who has right.

The waitress was very friendly. Checked in on us regularly and made recommendations on food choices. We didn’t have to wait on her for anything which is always a bonus. No lines upon arrival so we didn’t need to wait to be seated.
I ordered some cheese and chips, a chicken buffalo wrap with fries. The wrap was good and our food came out pretty quick.
I don’t really have any complaints. Other then how close there tables are together! You can’t social distance because there’s no way to. Especially when tables aren’t spread out far enough. They also placed everyone that was eating into the same section making it extremely crowded.
Other than that lunch was great! ???? ????????
North Myrtle Beach has been our “go to” vacation spot for over 23 years. I always plan a lunch stop at BDubs, 518 Hwy 17 N. Just like past visits, 2023’s lunch was awesome! The bartender made us feel welcome and the waitstaff was very attentive, even filling in for one another as they got busy. The BOGO 50% wing special on Tuesdays was a good value given current wing prices. Mango Habanero and Parmesan Garlic wings were a nice contrast, perfectly cooked, and reasonably sized. The All American Burger had a nice char on the outside, tender on the inside, and the toppings complemented it well. Being an IPA guy, I really enjoyed the New Belgium Voodoo Ranger Haze IPA. The sports bar atmosphere was perfect. Lots of TVs with a good channel variety. … Be back on our next vacation for sure! I would highly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, North Myrtle Beach!!!
You can't beat it, fast, fresh and freaking delicious. My Bloody Mary was off the chain as well. Sorry I don't have a pic of it, next time.
I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings in the past and my service here was stellar, all thanks to bartender Robby, and manager Franny. Service was on point, which is a far cry from what I’ve experienced at other BWW. They are both an asset to the company and should be recognized as such!
