The place wasn't busy at all. I was told a 20-min wait but received my take-out in 10. The lady at the counter was pleasant. I ordered the new blazin' knockout and the mango harbanero. Neither were as hot as it was supposed to be (I should know because the ones I had a few months before at their Glendale Mall location was way hotter) -- Yet, the food was nice. I enjoyed it.
MY FOOD WAS COLD, the service wasn't horrible but was ok. The waitress offered to fix my order but I refused because I had waited so long already. If you're hungry don't go here. The wait is excessive for the food and we sat at the bar. The atmosphere of the place made me feel socially awkward as a brown skin person.
came down to grab some dinner and catch the pacers game with a buddy for his birthday. everything was smooth at first, sat in the bar got our order in and after that sat for about 35 minutes, got one refill and thats when i decided to hand the server a 10$ bill and just leave. absolute joke, two willing customers just straight up forgotten about after the server got the order taken down.
Let’s start with how we were NOT greeted when we entered the establishment. And after standing at the podium to be seated, almost 10mins later (only when another worker comes out from the back) the LITTLE GIRL at the to-go counter asks (with an attitude) are y’all here for to-go or to eat inside?? I believe her name was Lilly or something like that. Idk. But I pointed out the fact that we were standing where the sign says “wait here to be seated”. She shrugs her shoulders and rolls her eyes blaring “well that don’t have nothing to do with me, we only have one server and one bar tender today” !!! So the lady who had just come from the back proceeds to seat us. Never states her name or position. Our server (receipt says Karen) comes over after walking back and forth several times, and says “what can I get for you” ? NEVER stated her name, NO friendly introduction. After we ordered, I asked to speak to a manager and she sends over the lady who had just sat us ???? She witnessed the way the little girl spoke to us and yet she seemed dumbfounded when I addressed the way we were spoken to. She apologized and said she would “talk to Lilly”. I asked if there was another manager on shift, since her name tag said “Hospitality Manager”. She said no ????????♀️ so I guess she was running the shift the best way she possibly could ???? Poor thing. (not really) I’m just here to say, the lack of customer service at this location is sure to keep me away. I will NOT be back. And I hope Ms. Lilly has the day she deserves ????✌???? Because while I do sympathize with a team of staff who are working short handed for the night, I’ve been there and done that, but keeping your composure as well as your professionalism in those moments is exactly what GOOD customer service is all about ‼️ I’m a business owner myself so I get it! But this place was not busy, maybe 4 tables in total were present. Y’all could’ve handled this better. Period.
Ordered fifteen original buffalo wings “extra crispy” and they came out AMAZING! Great flavor, a little heat, crispy out the outside but not dry on the inside. I recommend.
Our waitress was so worried about her car being towed because she illegally parked that she didn’t pay attention to us! We couldn’t order what we wanted because we had to share an order of boneless wings to eat and scram. She spent more time away from our table then attending us! Good luck paying the tow bill with that kind of service. Never again, we will keep it local and get better service!
Horrible horrible service! After waiting 20 minutes to be seated me and my family had to wait an additional 7 minutes to even get our drinks ordered. We ordered drinks and our food but the wait was an additional 20-30 minutes we received our appetizer mozzarella cheese sticks and they were barely warm the cheese was congealed then we finally received our food and it was like warm as well. Our server never came back to ask if the food was okay or how everything was going and as we still sit here we have 3 empty drinks on the table and they haven’t been refilled. My chicken was brung out cold and barely sauced as seen in the picture provided. This is the worst service I’ve ever received and we weren’t rude at all.
The host was rude. Didn't make eye contact. Didn't greet us when we came in the door. I had to tap him on the shoulder to distract him from watching the sports on the television. When asked how long the wait, he just said I don't know they don't talk to me. He was rude. Never coming back here again.
