Eelicia was my server and this girl is GOOD!! She was the ONLY staff working the entire floor and SHE KILLED IT!! Smiling and never missed a beat. Super friendly, super great, I love people who love their job!! Amazing job girl!! You deserve recognition!!
this is my first time reviewing a restaurant. it was terrible service. it took a half an hour for the first half of me and my friends order, and 2 of our friends didn’t get their food until 10 minutes later. however, i didn’t get my food until 20 minutes after my friends did. not only that but my friends that got their food first were served cold boneless wings. one of my friends had to ask for ranch twice before it finally came out, even though she ordered it with the wings in the first place. we were not once asked if the food was good or for drink refills. our drinks sat empty for at least 30 minutes and we had to ask for refills ourselves. the whole process of everyone getting a fresh and warm plate took an hour and a half. and the resteraunt was not busy at all, it was noticeably slow. it was a terrible experience and the waitress didn’t smile once.
My visit was on 5/26/24 around 3 pm.
First off, I want to start by saying that the server/bartender, Valencia, did a wonderful job. She was the only FoH (front of house) staff member working, covering the bar area with about 30 customers. She was taking orders, making drinks, and putting the orders in, all while running her butt off. She was quite the multitasker!
Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the floor manager. He was absolutely horrible at being any help to Valencia. He moved slower than a sloth and had a miserable look on his face. I watched him take 5 minutes to make two drinks, and then he didn't even run them to the patrons; he just left them at the server station for Valencia. He was also slow to clear tables and never wiped any of them off. Then he seemed to continuously disappear into the kitchen. Before I left, I heard him make a comment to Valencia about the good teamwork. Talk about no self-awareness—there was no teamwork. He was slow and did the bare minimum while she rocked the floor.
If Tammy, the general manager, reads this review, I highly suggest you take some corrective action regarding your floor manager’s performance.

I’m not sure what is going on at this place but it was not ok. We came in tonight at around 5:30 for dinner. The dinning area was closed so we had to sit in the bar area. No biggy but.., the floor in this place was almost greasy like your shoes slid on the surface we sat ourselves none of the tables looked to have been wiped of there was food on all of them. Asked our waitress for a rag and cleaned it myself. Ok fine they looked short staffed but not sure if they really were or not. Got our sodas had to go get our own straws because they were just sat in the table no words spoken. Ok fine. Ordered our food asked for the appetizer first nope that didn’t happen. Brought our food out the mozzarella sticks were basically empty from over cooking. The fries were cold food no napkins or utensils offered had to go get our own. Food was warmish. But hey at least the brewers won. It’s Saturday start of dinner like what the what.
Waitress asked my boyfriend if he wanted a refill but the entire we were there didn’t ask me once if I wanted a refill. Got the special of the day and my wings were drowning in sauce barely ate any of them. The waitress was nice and friendly to tables around us and rude to us.
This place is definitely understaffed, but regardless, the service could have been much better. My boyfriend and I stopped in last night just for a quick drink and some appetizers, but we ended up leaving before we got to order because it took too long. When we arrived, there was no hostess and there were about four groups in front of us that seemed to have been waiting to be seated for a while. Multiple waitresses walked past us without saying a word, and finally 15 minutes after we arrived, someone came over and started seating people. We were seated and waited another 10 minutes and nobody came to our table, so we had to leave because we were going to be late for something we had planned. I understand the waitresses were stretched thin and it was a Saturday night, but it would have been nice for somebody to at least have communicated with the large crowd of people waiting to be seated to let us know someone would be with us eventually. We ended up wasting a half hour and grabbing fast food before our plans. I don’t plan on going to this location again.
Always understaffed and very rude staff. On takeout orders food is “promised” at a time but then takes 20 mins past that. This is nearly every time we have gone here for the past 2 years. Ownership needs to change on this one because complaints just aren’t getting it done any longer
Got the ultimate nachos no cheese on it at all some sauce on the chips. Every time I stop which ever couple months something is wrong. Last time a guy out of nowhere slapped a drink in my friends face. Nobody said or did anything. Until I stood up when he walked out of the bathroom. Great place
