Food was GREATT! so was the waitress ???????? i enjoyed my time there!
This review is specially for our waiter John. He was nothing but kind and really stayed on top of it. He has given me the best service I have had since I moved to the state of New York. The kindest person I’ve met.
I'm a man who likes hot wings so this is the place for me. I only wish it was closer to my house ,and that the nice manager who stopped by and gave me coupons had given me them for more wings but it was just for burgers. Good beer selection too so I don't have one bad thing to say.
I bought 15 wings and had them delivered by door dash. The wings had good flavor , but I could t get over how tiny several of them were. Really and truly the size of an average persons thumb maybe. I understand everything cost more these days , but for $2.00 per wing I was very surprised. Food was done and delivered fast, taste was good, sauce was good, but the size of many of the wings left a little to be desired unfortunately. Maybe it was just an off day, or the person cooking/packing them was pre occupied, but please try and do better. I’m not looking for the cheapest meals ever, but I do expect at the very least an average size wing from a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. As a side note, the generic response you guys post to a bad or average review does not help your case, a little bit of a personalized response to the issue the review pertained to goes a long way with people feeling like a business cares to get better.
My fiancé and I went on a Tuesday. Which is buy one get one 50% off. When we ordered, at no point was that mentioned nor did we mention it. We ordered 15 a piece. We both also ordered different sauces. Well they came out with 30 and 30. We noticed after we ate a couple. We brought it to the servers attention and she said buy one get one. Well again it was never mentioned and we don’t need 60 wings. She said to not worry about it and then came back after 30 seconds and said her manager said to pull a plate and asked which one do we want to keep. Are you kidding? I honestly thought it was a joke, where I chuckled. It wasn’t so I gave my plate up. We ordered different sauces remind you, so I was stuck with something I didn’t order or wanted. I could see the manager at the corner of the bar the whole night. Excuse me, she’d walk into the kitchen for a few minutes and come back out to speak to what it appears to be a regular. Not ONCE did she come over to apologize or save face. I’m not in the business of getting free things but this wasn’t our mistake and you took the wings I wanted and ordered away and didn’t even have the decency to come over and say something. I’m a manager in the customer service industry and I don’t leave reviews as I know what it’s like to read one as a manger. However, my fiancé is a manager of a restaurant and she was disgusted. For her to complain says a lot. We attend this location on a regular basis but will not be back. And it wasn’t the server, but it’s the manager that really ruined the night. I’d love to be contacted by the general manager just for an apology.
I order there bogo boneless wings and i did 15 got 15 free. I got home only had 20 wings. Drove all the way back and all they did was give me the 10 wings I was missing. No refunds or anything for there mess up. Manager wasn’t apologetic either. Will not go to that one again.
This was one of the better BWW I have been to. The food and servers were great. I gave them a three star service because we wanted so long to get seated about 10 minutes, and they were not busy
I'm glad they had more than greasy wings to eat so I had a beautiful salad( it was good) while the guys had wings.
Service wasn't very good but as their short handed it's to be expected
