This has been probably the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time, if ever. We arrived at 1:30 to a dead dining room. We were never greeted by an employee to get a seat. So we walked back to the bar area ourselves and picked a seat. 15 minutes go by and 3 servers help the customers sitting at the bar 5 times and then help another couple who sat down at a booth 10 minutes after us. When the server walked past us STILL without even saying “hi I will be right with you” I then had to stop her in her tracks to ask if we were ever going to get help. She seemed annoyed that I had asked. Finally, we get our orders taken. The one good thing they did was get the food out fast but that’s probably because they knew I was already getting fed up with this service. But it doesn’t stop there. The wings were SCRAWNY, absolutely no meat on some of them, and couldn’t be any more dried out. There was more dry rub seasoning in the pan than on the actual wings. After eating spicy wings the server never asked if we would like a drink refill. I asked if i could just get a water so i could get the rest of my food down because even though the food sucked, it’s overpriced and I might as well get the most out of this awful experience. the look on her face couldn’t have been more telling that we were such an inconvenience to her. absolutely WILL NEVER be back here. I can get much better wings and service quite literally any where else.
First time visiting BWW here overall nice visit and we will definitely return. We sat at the bar the staff were very good friendly and helpful. Service was a little slow but it was busy and it appeared that they could have used one more server in the bar area. The food was excellent chicken tenders were excellent, potatoes wedges were also very good as were the onion rings. Great beer and drink selections, beer is icy cold and crisp. Atmosphere is very good clean well maintained. Very large and industrial which is noisy at times.
I left a very negative review a few months ago about the state of this location. After visiting last night for the first time in awhile I wanted to commend them and update my review. The bathrooms were extremely clean and taken care of. They definitely appear to be getting taken care of multiple times a day. The food and service on this visit was also very good.
Unpleased with the lady manager. Drinks horrible, I ordered a house strawberry ???? margarita and it was nothing but pure sugar no alcohol. But before that I had to approach the manager. Asking her are these wings fresh and she said after 9pm we cook everything to order. Que to the manager these wings were not cook to order. They were hard to bite through and shrunk no juices even came from them. They were not fresh they were not of hot temperature. Don't waste the time usually if the mgr is this way than no resolution awaits.
Update: Over a month later, and still no call. Just an email telling me Im getting a call from the manager that never came and asking me to change my review. Kinda wish I would have ordered on Door Dash. At least then I would have gotten my money back. I find it hilarious that I was solicited for a leadership position at this company. I would never work for a business that does not care about the quality of product being given to guests.
A year ago I rated this place a 5. After an unacceptable experience, I decided to update this. Ordered online for pick up and when I arrived the manager on duty was seating guests at 10:00pm and I heard the kitchen yell out that they were closing in 10 minutes. I was told they were out of some things I paid for but not offered a replacement or refund. We get home and find more sauce in the bottom of the bag than on the actual wings. All of the counts were wrong, and the wings are dry and clearly not fresh. When I called and spoke to Shelly, the manager on duty, she told me well I could remake it, but we are closed. This is 10:30 and they close at 11pm. I told her I would like to receive a call from the general manager, and her response was "sure."" As a District Manager in the service industry, this is unacceptable. The staff packaging this order knew this was wrong.
The place is dead. Yet service is horrendous. Took forever for a host to acknowledge and sit us. Didn’t get my beer till after my food came. Wings are cold. Servers running around like they are busy, but they’re just not lol. It’s dead. It’s Saturday. Y’all suck. Management is clearly worthless.
What the hell happened to this place? How do you survive being both low quality and overpriced? My traditional wings were tiny, and cooked to the point of almost being jerky. The sauce that I have ordered many times in the past is now oddly sweet. The place was nearly empty, and no wonder. From the moment you grab the grimey door handle and pull open the filthy glass door until the moment your unbelievably high check comes, it is amazing how quickly this place has gone downhill. How hard can it be to run a wing joint?
Kitchen manager clearly has an issue doing her job correctly. Can’t be bothered to hand out the correct food and decided to scream at the front counter girl because “she doesn’t have time to give a side of mayonnaise” when she already forgot the entire orders fries.
