My husband and I went Friday night. We have never been and were excited to try it. We were seated pretty quickly. We sat and looked at the menu. Decided what we wanted and then waited for someone to come over. We watched many wait staff walk by, give checks, cash people out and clean tables. We sat for about 20 minutes (I always look at the time when we sit down). No one person acknowledged we were even there. We gave up and returned our menus to the hostess. Explained that we were tried of waiting. They did offer a free appetizer. We declined as we were already tried of waiting and it was getting late. Would not recommend if you don't have an extended time to wait and served.
Chicken was dry and over cooked again. Same thing happened last time but we gave them another chance that it was a one off. Quality is not what it used to be.
Nothing special to share. A bit expensive. The honey BBQ is a bit spicy which sucked. They got us right in, it was nice. Good chicken. It used to be one of those places dying to have...but as their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down, it's a yeah I guess we can have that kind of place.
The food was good but for the love of everything holy please understand that if it wasn’t for Therese & the bumping beats, I would have left the restaurant annoyed as heckarooni. Every single staff was so incredibly rude and clearly not wanting to be there, except our server.
Called at 10:35pm to place a pickup order. I tried for 10 minutes to place an online app order. With no avail, did not work. So I called! Only to be told “ I’m sorry, kitchen is closed for the night!” Well, then why does your website advertise that you’re open until 11pm?! If a customer walked in at 10:45, would you turn them away??? Most occupations can’t leave till the jobs done! Like it or not! This is how u lose customers BWW! Do better!
I would give this Buffalo Wild Wings 0 stars if it was an option. We went there for dinner tonight. There were 5 of us and ALL of our food was cold. My husband had the Brisket Street Tacos and they came out ice cold. When we mentioned how cold the food was to our server, Melissa, she apologized and asked if we wanted them to remake everything. Since we had already waited over 30 minutes for the food, we said no we did not want to wait. Melissa spoke with Brittany, who I assume was a manager. Brittany then came to our table and said she would take $23 off our total for the cold food. At the time I did not realize just how cold my husband’s tacos were. Once I knew I let Melissa know just how inedible the food was. None of the 5 of us were able to finish our food due to it being horrible. Melissa again talked to Brittany who then came back to our table and quite rudely told us that she would take a total of $30 off our bill. We ended up paying $79.11 for food WE DID NOT EAT! We will NEVER eat there again and will continue to tell everyone how horrible and unsafe the food is there. We are all hoping that we don’t end up with food poisoning tonight. The management definitely needs more training on how to deal with customers who receive inedible food.
Waited 30 minutes to get seated, and another 60 minutes for food to be served. The traditional chicken wings delayed and chicken sandwiches the same, more than 60 minutes. Probably, a justified delay if we ordered these in a fish restaurant, but in a chicken wings franchise, this is not what you expect. Hoped I will increase the rating stars when trying the food, but no.
Best chicken wings hands down!! Every flavor is just delicious! Today I ordered 30 wings. Traditional Tuesday! Buy one get one 50% off. I stock up for the week!Blazin (the hottest sauce on the menu) SOOO good! The other two wing flavors were Asian zing and spicy garlic. Top three sauces!! I also ordered the Asian zing cauliflower bites. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend every item I’ve tried here!
