This place is absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t eat one thing of our food. We’ve been coming here for years and this is our last. The macaroni and cheese was so old and dry that it was plastic. All the wings had burnt feathers. These corporate places do not care about its customer base. I highly recommend not eating here. You’re way better off supporting local small businesses where the attention to detail and customer service is paramount. I mean, just look at all the negative reviews. They ain’t lying. YUCK!!! Plus, even if you fill out their ridiculous form on their website, do they actually care? NOPE! Corporate greed at its best.
If I would’ve read the reviews I wouldn’t have came here. This was my kids first experience and our last. Super disappointing…13 pickles for $9!!! Insane. The kids meals weren’t the same. My son had an extra boneless wing than my daughter, my salad had pieces that were old. Fries were cold. Really just a negative experience, the staff was friendly for the most part but definitely not worth the $ for the food. Kids food was served cold too. The waitress said the reason why the menu was dirty when we first sat down at the table was because “night shift was supposed to clean it but they never ever do”. ????????
I use to work at buffalo wild wilds and for sure our manager would not let this leave the kitchen. It was super greasy and this is how our fried pickles came in the Togo box.
If I can give them a negative 0 I would. Placed an order online the app said my order would be ready at 9:50, showed up around 9:53 to pick up my order and the guy tells me it’s not ready. 15 min pass by and he tells me they are waiting on the fries. At this point it’s already 10:30 something I tell him if I can get a refund and he tells me his manager said he can process that until tomorrow. I ask to speak with the manager which he was totally unprofessional tells me their night orders take longer and goes and checks on the order never comes back to acknowledge me and sends another worker to tell me they were working on the fries which I was told that so long ago. Then sends another worker to tell me he is sorry for the wait and hands me my food. Come home the wings are cold and dry might as well have ordered some wings with no sauce! The only hot thing were the fries at this point why even argue with them if obviously the manager did not care one bit to even acknowledge the issue when I was there. Never visiting this location ever again.
Ordered online for take-out at Lakewood, CO, Belmar location. What a disappointment. First, the Mac and Cheese was cold and a solid block in it's bowl. Secondly, at least two of our wings still had feathers on them. The feathers were fried and crispy. Took me a few minutes to realize what was sticking out of my food. The wings, themselves, were lukewarm and rubbery. Mind you, I only live 5 minutes from the restaurant so it's not like I left the food out too long so that's not an issue as far as temps are concerned. Truly disappointing.
The workers are very polite and respectful, I’ve had frequent visits at this location and I’ve never had a problem with any cashiers or servers. My main issue is the managers, and the exposition line. Firstly, I requested help on the phone because my online order was missing several items. A manager by the name of Trudie, answered and was very disrespectful. I even heard her sigh before answering the phone. However it was all fixed and I picked up my order in store. This happens all the time, I was ordering and the cashier was extremely kind, a manager that was bald had walked out and was disrespectful complaining about the store. The managers are rude, lazy and incompetent. How can your own workers do a better job than you? This all happened last week.
At first, I thought it was a fluke. But after several times and the problem getting worse, I cannot believe this is how you fill your condiment cups. Really?????? Not even half full, consistently. Either give proper portions or go out of business if you can’t afford to give what people pay for. Additionally, our order is almost always incorrect. Missing items, wrong items, unsauced items, etc.
This restaurant used to be spot on with Food, Service, and Atmosphere but walking in today I didn't even get to order I requested for a both and we got a trashy booth table wasn't wiped down trash piled up under the table plus two tables put together facing different directions.
Then requested for a new booth move to a new booth only to have the booth in worse
conditions + trash on the booth where I was sitting along with the booth being sticky and not wipe down ????
