4/2024 another great visit. Went for a late lunch 2ish not busy. Food, service and cold beer.
Haven't been here in a while. But always liked their wings. They now have happy hour specials a new menu and service was outstanding from the hostess to the waitress we will definitely be back.
Covid update: like every other restaurant they've had to adapt they did this by having paper menus spacing out all the tables. Still have good wing and drink specials. Enjoy trying the new flavors especially the lemon pepper sauce.
Order bbq boneless chicken and hardly get any with bbq sauce it’s all just breaded waste of my drive to either location can’t get good service anymore I have had to add my home bbq sauce just to get it not so dry … pathetic for the price you pay no good service
Already not my cup of tea, but the guys wanted to go. Asked for a side of carrots and celery, never received, but also never go charged, never got refills, food was burnt, and waitress was running around too much to ask. I get staffing is hard, but Manger should have stepped in (or even been visible at all), and/or the other serves, rather than letting the only bartender deal with everything.
Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. I judge a place by the bathroom. Would not recommend without a tetanus shot.
UPDATE - B-dubs response below (generic boilerplate) said to go to a website and pick an option that is not available. Tell your general manager to walk into the bathroom and look around. Tell them to look under the tables, feel the grime on the floors, taste the food. I don't think you need any more info from me than that. Not rocket science, just common sense food service.
Andy (Andrea) was exceptionally great!! I loved her attitude over the phone and the way she greeted me when I showed up to pick my order up. Unlike the Dirksen location this spot is exactly what the experience is suppose to be like hands down!!!
Just all around Meh. The burger I had was something I could have done on a grill at home....if I were home. All of the hot food was warm at best. It wasn't horrible I should say. It all tasted just fine. The bartender was cool.
I ordered food online and usually I have items missing but not from this BWW. In fact these wings have been one of the best wings I’ve tasted. I’m not sure if the boneless wings have changed, but those were big and juicy too.
I also went to dine in this location. It was clean and full of people. Service was good too.
The wings were amazing, but the fries were so hard.We couldn't eat them and then we had to wait an hour and a 1/2 because we were told that the cook forgot about us.The waitress had to keep reminding them to make our food
