During my repeated visits to Buffalo Wild Wings since relocating to Gillette, I've encountered ongoing disappointments regarding service and food quality. Lengthy wait times(over and hour without food), difficulty locating servers, and a lack of managerial presence have been consistent issues. I believe there's an opportunity for corporate intervention to align the standards of service more closely with the brand's reputation.
Every visit to Buffalo Wild Wings is a delight thanks to the fantastic bartender Alissa. Her quick service and warm smile make the experience unforgettable. Not to mention, the food is always on point – delicious and served up fast. She's a true asset to the team!
Decent food and a OK place. Lots of people when I visited and the staff was very busy. They did a good job.
The server Addie was a wonderful waitress, under pressure she handled it well. And there was an extremely rude 12 top before us and I think she did great. She deserves a raise and some paid time off.
Had to get up and find someone to get a high chair for the baby then it didn’t have a serviceable safety belt. My food and my husband’s food arrived, then my daughter’s, then the baby’s by the time my son-in-laws food arrived the rest of us were almost done. My mushroom swiss burger was basically sitting in a puddle of grease so I only ate about half before it upset my stomach. When we were ready to pay we were told to scan the QR code on the table. It didn’t work. Looked around and it wasn’t working for anyone. Server took our card and came back with receipts to sign. I had used a coupon for $5 off and asked my husband if it had been done properly but the receipt was not itemized just a total. We won’t be going there again in the future.
I am not one to typically write a review; however I feel like the only way you can improve is by getting some feedback. We have given BWW here in Gillette multiple opportunities. Unfortunately; the service was consistently unpleasant. Staff not being aware of needs, or the is environment around them. For one examples: We sat close to where servers congregate and what I am assuming was the shift lead was very degrading to the other servers. She even called them stupid; I understand the frustration when others cannot perform well, but that was not showing characteristics of a good leader.
Our orders were always incorrect too. Online and dining in.
I do want to say though, that the food has always tasted great! And the servers have always been nice.
I would suggest some more training. Not just your servers and bussing personnel but your leadership positions.
I know it is possible to improve because most of Gillette has great service.
It's Buffalo Wild Wings, you're getting mediocre chicken for a price that is no longer cheap.
I'm pretty sure you used to get more fried pickles when you ordered them, but inflation must be taking a toll. (Picture had one missing) The chicken sandwich was dry and barely had enough sauce to salvage it.
The people that work here are what made this an enjoyable experience. Cheap domestic beer too.
absolutely love buffalo wild wings but absolutely hate how if i don’t come in and i order delivery or pickup and i ask for extra of soemthing i do not get it. especially when i call and specifically ask for them to double check. :):
