Ordered chipotle dry rub. It was barely a light dusting of dry rub. The rest of food was made correctly. But this is the second time back to back this has happened. Don't order chipotle dry rub unless you want plain wings.
I've been there a few times and I'm never impressed. Food was just ok, but way overpriced. I spent $20 just on 10 wings and fries. The server was covering more than they should and seemed to be stretched thin. But the one little over-priced drink was good!
I work hard for the opportunity to enjoy a meal out with friends, so I don't think I'll return to this one expecting a meal. I'll just hang-out and have one drink. Just the drink.
This place is a bar and grill chain.
Extremely noisy atmosphere with televisions surrounding the dining room offer continual overstimulation. I couldn't hear my hostess or my server and felt like we were all shouting...and we were! If you like this type of noisy boisterous atmosphere then you might like it. Definitely NOT a family type restaurant although I saw many young folks there with young children which is astounding.
Very expensive for what was ordered. Just under thirty dollars plus tip made it over thirty for 2 people and order consisted of a burger and fries and a chicken sandwich with fries and 2 diet colas.
Food was mediocre - typical chain. Spouse did enjoy the Ghost pepper sauce and took some home, but they do not sell the sauce.
Unique:. Food server on a paper sheet on top of an aluminum flat pan.
Servers were some standoffish although pleasant and kept things well attended to. Manager was right on top of things and quite pleasant.
The last two times we have ordered for takeout they have messed our orders up. We usually love this place but growing extremely aggravated by the lack of attention they pay. Ordered Nashville hot but got some gross smelling/tasting bbq flavor this last time. And the hostess when picking up is not very pleasant.
We were greeted when we came in and instructed to sit anywhere. Once we sat down we noticed that you have to scan a barcode to view the menu, order and pay.
A server eventually came around after about ten minutes to get our drinks because we had to redo our order due to it messing up online. In total we waited 40 mins for our food to come out. There were a few to-go orders but the restaurant was slow.
I didn't like that you have to order and pay online, it depersonalizes the experience and this time at least, caused slower service. The food was hot when it came out, so that's good. Although the water tasted like tap water and the soda wasn't very good either.
I don't think we will be coming back anytime soon. Just my opinion...
The fact that the kitchen and then the server brought out what they thought was Ultimate Nachos to our table was an abomination. I cannot believe this is what you serve at this location. An absolute joke. Saturday night, out of Beer of the Month, Traditional Wings and garbage food sent out to the table. As a former manager for franchise and corporate locations, I’ve been disgusted with the service, food quality and experience in this restaurant. Do better. This is a disgrace to the company.
The first time I visited this location I ordered through the mobile app. It showed the boneless wings being BOGO (which is normally a Thursday special), but proceeded to order it. If it’s listed why wouldn’t it be available? I waited for someone to give me my food but eventually it was just placed on the rack which was outside the register at the time and I picked it up and left. There was only 10 wings in my box (missing another 10) when I got back home, along with other missing items. When I call back then the manager says someone was supposed to talk to you but I don’t know how you even got that to ring up in the app, unfortunately we can’t honor that deal so I put a coupon down in your bag. The coupon was for SIX free wings after a $10 purchase excluding any appetizers or alcohol purchases. Be for real with me, I got cheated out of four wings completely and have to pay for six “free” ones a second time? I finally decided to give this location another try after like three months, last night. I ordered 15 wings. I would have gotten more sauce on everyone of the wings from a single McDonald’s sauce packet than they provided. They were also very dried up, like they had been sitting there forever. However, I did order at 9:50 and the restaurant closes at 11 so I didn’t expect it to be piping hot necessarily, but still warm at the least. I hadn’t ate yesterday, so I still proceeded to eat like half of the wings. But, have been up for hours throwing them back up now and thought what better to do with my time as I recover from food poisoning than write this review? This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to both times I’ve attended. Also, please don’t reply asking how can we fix your experience; if you cared enough about your reputation in the first place to keep someone from getting sick off of your food or provided compensation for something your customer’s have already purchased then you wouldn’t have gotten a negative review. This is my first and only review but I just wanted to try to save someone’s money and maybe even stomach. If you shut the place down for a private party, for me, and gave me an unlimited free buffet and open bar, I still wouldn’t attend.
The kitchen closes before the store closes , it says its open until 1am but when our server didnt put our whole order in , we asked if we could still get it , it was 20mins until 1, he informed us kitchem was already closed mind you it was only barfood we were ordering. Same as bar literally minutes after last call we couldnt order a drink. We sat for a good 20min to even get our first drink, we even wwent outsside to smoke & came back oiur drinks stilk hadnt came. Our food was prettybad what we did get of our order anyway , the fries were cold & old And we weren't even supposed to get fries. We were supposed to get chips and salsa. We got bricket tacos , might have bern good if they didnt put bad gaucamole on them , not even edible. Our server didnt even ask why we hadnt really touched our shared plate since everything we ordered wasnt put in.
