The food is good but they need to change or wash their plates well to be a large company. It is not fair that they give such dirty dishes or and not to mention that they make you wait a long time and also ask the waiters if they want to serve you now is the time. It's their decision whether they pass you or not.
Our server/bartender, Kiley was incredible. Very friendly, very nice, but also also very alone out front. The manager should get off their butts and actually help their staff at this location. Kiley managed to take our order. I’ll give us a great experience despite the fact that she was the only one serving in the middle of lunch. And she was doing all the bartending duties. Went for the $20 all you can eat deal. The service was so slow we left before even getting full. The food wasn’t even hot by the time it got to us, and had to wait 15+ minutes between each order.
Waiter and host were both kids who clearly did not want to be there and were both incompetent. Got seated with no silverware or napkins, food delivered without any as well. Server would disappear for 20 minutes at a time.
We were excited to try Buffalo Wild Wings again since our first experience was horrible and it’s been about a year since then. Everyone has off days. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed with this visit again. I gave it 2 stars because the host and waitress was so nice. We went around 2:30 to avoid the lunch and dinner rush. They weren’t busy and we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks and the Boneless Buffalo Bar Pizza. It took about 20 minutes for our pizza to arrive at our table. At first glance it looked good! I grabbed the corner slice to my left which then I realized had one piece of chicken and one pepper on it and was room temperature as if it’s been sitting in the back a while. This pizza was lacking on ingredients around the edge and was super dry. We also noticed it had no blue cheese crumbles as advertised. The chicken was chewy and hard. Sadly this was the best thing we had at our visit. Our meal took another 25-30 minutes to arrive as others around us were getting their food before us. I said at one point if another table that sat down after us, gets their food, I’m leaving. When our food finally arrived again, at first glance it looked good. Sadly it wasn’t. Again the food was room temperature, not warm at all. The mozzarella sticks were so white I doubt they ever touched grease. Almost as if they were microwaved. The nachos were all fried stuck together and were soggy. The fries were hard and cold. The chicken sandwich was tough and soggy. Everything was just such a major disappointment. It was to the point, if I complained to a manager they would think I’m a karen. I’m not that kind of person. I hate giving bad reviews. We spent almost $50, wasted 90 minutes patiently waiting and overall feel robbed. Being this was my second visit and it was worse than the first, I don’t recommend this restaurant.
One of my favorite place to go for wings. The sauces were not the best this time at this location and even the dessert chocolate cake was a little tight. I had been to Ben to other ones and was fan of blazin and Thai curry. Some reason the lemonade tasted different even though it was Tropicana but not that concentrated.
Our server didn't know what beers were on tap. We actually had to point out what was available. He was terribly slow. My husband's glass was filthy inside the bottom & silverware was dirty. We asked for boxes; it was obvious how much food we had, but only gave us 1 box. The checks were wrong. What a mess! The food was good & portions good, but not worth the bother. We weren't even given a pen to sign our bill. 2024 Update, years later I gave it another chance. Never again. The fries were old, hard and dried. The burger had grease actually running out of it. We were never checked on to see if our food was good, so by the time I told the waitress about the fries, we were ready for our check. Her solution was to offer me a fresh order of fries as we are clearly ready to leave. At those prices, to serve bad food is unforgiving.
Excellent service, food is always on point, atmosphere is always entertaining and lively, and there is always a great deal going on for good prices on great food. I will always suggest this place as a go to, bartender was on point and great for a good conversation. All together this place is always in my top 5 to go to places.
Fried cheese curds were delicately crispy, loaded tots were meh. Onion rings tasted like they were out of a bag. But the wings were good and crispy (asked for x2 on the crispy button) and all the sauces were good. Guiness on tap was good to have.
