I placed an order with DoorDash! I was so displease when my food arrived. First let’s start off by saying they didn’t Secure the bag or No attempts to Not realizing that they’re giving away someone edible items to a stranger. The food arrived burgers were made sloppy as it was for a pig to eat and Let’s not forget the fries from the bottom of the dripping! Nothing fresh about them with tones of seasonings on . I feel like most of these restaurants became careless during Covid. They forgot the most important thing in the food chain! CUSTOMERS! - angry customer
Pretty decent visit. Introduced little cousin for the first time and he enjoyed it. I usually go for some sweet spicy wet sauce at any other wing spot, but oof the mango habanero here was extremely spicy. Wasn't really able to taste the sweetness or chicken. The tots were real tasty. All the ingredients were great, the shredded chicken was the cherry on top.
Good fries, but the portion for fried pickles was too small for $10, received 5 baby carrots for an order of 10 wings, and my dry rub wings definitely weren't fresh (wings were delivered immediately and were painfully stale). It was a weekday afternoon, so take that as you will.
Screens are low in quality/number and music can be too loud for conversation.
Aside from that, the service was great!
It's a good place to go. The bartenders are all friendly and I normally get good food. Just watch the cooks making wings and re dropping older wings. Besides that a great place.
Placed an order online, and my order went through as BONE-IN TRADITIONAL wings. However, when I went to pick up the food, I received all my wings as bone-LESS. Of course, I did not realize this until I had already gotten all the way home.
I immediately called the restaurant and was argued with by a snotty kid who proceeded to tell me that on THEIR end, the order went through as boneless, so I would have to pay for an entirely separate order (ORDER AND PAY AGAIN) for the food I wanted instead. I argued that my emailed receipt said TRADITIONAL wings, and I wanted to come back to the restaurant with my un-eaten food and get the correct order. I was then put on with a manager, Josh, who was very kind and told me he could fulfill my request, no problem.
I drove all the way back to the store to get the correct food this time, only to make it all the way back home and realize the traditional wings I had been given were old, dry and barely had any meat on them much less any flavor. I can’t say if that was intentional or not, but he had even offered to replace our fries (which were also old, cold and soggy), so I really just believe I was given bad food which neither myself nor my wife ate.
At this point, I have now wasted my time and spent $26 that I will not be getting back. To say I am pissed is an understatement. Thanks, guys.
Update: It is now 5 days later, and although I filled out the form online, as requested, I still have not been contacted about my unpleasant experience. Not surprised.
The food would had maybe got a 5 star if it what I ordered I wanted boneless wings and my receipt says table 10 and my husband also ordered the boneless and his receipt reflected it and he asked as he was handed his bag and he didn't get boneless either unfortunately we didn't notice it until later on that night because we decided we were going to have them for lunch the next day ..if you are going to offer free wings you might think about getting people to work that are not so annoyed with your promo that makes them work!!!! The person I got was annoyed when I said I wanted boneless free 6
To many kids in this place at 3:00pm just running wild.its stupid the servers need to send the kids to a baby sitter. Just trying to Un wind from work and the kids are just running around playing tag and kids behind the bar. That has yo be illegal. I jus y might make a video to prove this. I've been comming here for years. And I've never seen this any where.
This is a good b dubs. We came for the UFC main paper view and they didn't close the place till it was over. They kept serving food also past midnight witch I enjoyed. I recommend this place for UFC fights
