Stopped tonight for dinner and ordered the nacho Supreme with brisket and 30 wings. Nachos come out cold and literally with maybe a chicken wing size piece of meat, ok it happens. Send it back. Wings come out with only 23 wings. Really... nachos come back with a bunch of things that were not on it the first time and still cold. I told the waiter that we are good an don't want the food as they can't seem to make it as the menu describes. The server comes back and says the manager (Jeff) will only remove the nachos and 7 wings that we didn't receive. I told him we didn't want any of the food and he informed us that its the managers decision. Jeff the manager would not even come to the table, I finally had to chase him out of the kitchen to even tell him about the bad service and how unprofessional it was for a manager to send a server back to a table that was not satisfied with the food. Server was very professional and was doing his best for circumstances.
I have ordered several times to this location from the app. Have had nothing but amazing things to say about this place until now. I ordered tonight sent my husband to pick up our order. He waited over 20 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be picked up. There was 7 other people waiting for There food. The manager walks out of the back and talks to the one person who was waiting the least amount of time and ignores everyone else. My husband then speaks up and says what about the 7 other people that have been here long before that person. He then was thanked by some of those customers. We then got our cold food and the burgers were super dried out and were not even put together properly. Sauce was put on the side of the burger. And bun was not even on burger, I will definitely think again before ordering from this place. Clearly the manager needs to do a better job making sure things are going out smoothly or shut off online ordering.
Two out of last 3 orders have been horrible. This one wings were dry no sauce on them. Asked for no tomatoes on salad and there was tomatoes. Ordered traditional wings for kids meal and Mozzarella sticks. Received boneless wings and fries. Asked for no pickled peppers on sampler platter and they were present. Will be a while if ever we return.
Came here with my family, they all got their food before me and ate it way before I ever got mine. Had to tell a Mc-K-la (don’t know how to spell) to get my food to go and I received it, tacos, with no meat. See picture. The late tacos were not comped off my bill. I also got fries instead of chips and salsa. I would not visit this store as it seems they have incompetent staff. At least I got a metal taco rack.
The bartender on 4/27... absolutely a terror. Need to hire someone new. This chicken has an attitude problem. She sent some guy over that took away the video machine I was using. He doesnt work there and this could have been a situation. I will be talking with management tommorow
Walked in, hostess looked at us and walked away. Got seated by someone else. Waiter Dana took our drink order and we said we were ready to order. He said "I can take your order in 2 seconds". Then he walked around for 5 minutes or so. We ordered an appetizer and two meals. My meal came first, wrap and fries. Fries were cold, not even room temp. Wrap was also cold. It took 10, yes 10!! Minutes for the other meal to come, a burger. Then another 5 minutes later our appetizer came. We wanted that first. Now here we sit, waiting on Dana to decide to walk by while we finished eating awhile ago. Wanting our bill so we can leave. Bill comes, my wrap was $10.49 in the menu. Showed up as $11.49 on bill. Ohh and we never got drink refills or even asked if we wanted them.
0 stars. All around absolutely horrible. I wish I had something good to say, but not today.
I hadn't been to a BWW in awhile and couldn't think of why, then I visited here and was reminded. Service was fine, she wasn't like amazing but was good enough. We had fun playing the trivia on the screens, why not. Beer was fine, $8.00 for a tall Sam. What really bothered me is how they nickle and dime you but it's a dollar at a time. ~$9.50 for six wings then you're going to charge my $1.50 for a small ramekin of blue cheese and give me zero celery? That's ridiculous, just ridiculous.
If you're looking for rude people to serve you out of the blue, you found the place to eat. I am not saying that all BWW are this way, just this one. I wouldn't recommend them since there service was so poor.
