Lots of tvs. Not a lot of service. Waiting a good min to be seated. The food took way longer than nec. My fries were ice cold. Only came once to check on us. Never came back to take the $ & check. Online menu had affordable options that the menu in-house does not. Check that out.
Food has fallen off the tracks over the last handful of years at all locations. Quality of the chicken ( traditional or boneless ) has all but disappeared. Most of the apps are still on par, as well as some of the sandwiches/ burgers. Staffing is short and attention to detail with ordering specifics are lacking. Great atmosphere for sports fans and a bit louder environment.
Tried 3 different type of wings .. all great but favorite was CURRY... spectacular ????... Will never eat in again though.. the TV's and volume are vomit inducing .... I would give the atmosphere a -10000 if I could
First of I did do take out. However my experience from my first and last time eating here was terrible. The onion rings and fries were over cooked and soggy from the oil. The chicken was drained of all juices and rather tuff and 1 peice was under cooked. The cheesecake. I normally love cheesecake. 2 bites of there's and I wad sick of it. It was like eating paste. Yuk.
Inside the music was drowning loud. Food price told me it good. Eating it? Made me loss my appetite. I spent $40 for chicken 4 straps and handful of fries(literally) 8 onion rings and something covered in peppers I did not even know I ordered.
Worst of all I came in the get my order. Went bathroom came back and my food was sitting on counter up for grabs unattended. That did not make me feel appreciated at all. There food is NOT worth $40. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to watch 'the game' for free while barely able to hear anything.

My last review here was over a year ago with a 4/5. I think there are big improvements in 2024!
Waiter was super pleasant...maybe the best I've ever had at any BWW location. The two hostesses were nice too. I think whoever is hiring here is doing a great job as they made my visit so much better.
The wing sizes seemed larger than the smaller ones I had started to get accustomed to. They were sauced and plated like whoever was working in the back really cared about the presentation which was unexpected but appreciated cause it was super appetizing!
I like the new happy hour/lunch/evening specials I saw and tried the blue long island since it was $4 - yum!
I got a little nostalgia because this is how I remember BWW being more like in the 00s. I'm glad to see positive changes and I even tried the TV trivia which was fun...and links to their rewards system now in their app. I hope they start to see more business. Who knew!
The only downside is this location isn't very old, but it's already pretty shabby and dated - though it is clean. Seats are super worn and not comfy to hang for long. I hope the company does well enough to find their roots more & invest in new seating and layouts that are fun again.
Never really had a bad experience but this time the service was sub par. They weren't busy at all but we waited a good while for our server, he was more preoccupied with chatting with his female coworkers than serving us. Didn't stop by to ask how everything was, didn't grab refills. We wanted dessert but when our server came back, he just laid down our bill and walked away. Not the worst experience but not the greatest.
The food was fast and great! The staff are very friendly, professional. The atmosphere was alive as it was girls basketball time to. So the whole experience was awesome!
I ordered the appetizer nachos with added brisket and it barely had any on it, I didn’t like the taste of the salsa on the side either. But the wings were delish and the staff was friendly. This is probably a problem with many places but there were two flies trying to get our food the entire time, so we ate and got out of there.
