Visited this location for the first time.
The atmosphere was that of a sports bar/ family restaurant, there was plenty of seating options including bar seating.
Our server Samantha was amazingggg..
Once we sat down she offered quick service and suggested drink/food options.
Everything came out promptly even with the dinner crowd(kudos to the cook for speedy service.)
Food was NOT a wow.... my son ordered the All American Burger with Fries and mozzarella sticks as his appetizer.
I had chips and salsa for my appetizer(please avoid these the chips are so plain that it throws off the taste completely)
I also tried the Asian Zing wings(these were the only highlight of the whole meal)
I also ordered the brisket street tacos(please save yourself the money.)
I give 1 star for very poor service, the length of time to get our food (the restaurant maybe had 10 people in it) and the fact I didn’t even get my dinner! I immediately informed the person who brought our food out where my salad was. I was under the impression she was going back to get my salad but that didn’t happen! I asked to speak to the manager and that didn’t happen. I flagged my waitress down who appeared surprised I didn’t get my dinner! I finally got up to look for the manager who wasn’t at all surprised to see me! She not only called me babe but she neglected to introduce herself to me! This was the worst dining experience we have ever had!
Servers are very nice and responsive. The kitchen is inconsistent with their cook time (sometimes lightning fast, sometimes takes 40min). Also inconsistent with the sauce/rub amounts (sometimes an excellent amount, sometimes overly seasoned on one side).
Overall, the food and service are better than the nearby location at Colonial Heights so giving a 4 star to help boost this location rating.
I’ve eaten in, and I’ve taken out. Eating in is a nice experience. Take out is ok too. My last visit a gift card that I was trying to use wouldn’t go through. The manager came out and quickly explained, and rectified the problem. I gave the food only 4 stars because of the cheese we purchased for our fries during our last visit. It was like they tried to melt a slice of cheese food product on top of the fries. Once they got a little cold, they were inedible. But, I still would recommend a visit.
Went here to order takeout and the service is horrible. The lady taking our orders didn’t have a clue what she was doing and wanted to keep telling us how bad her feet hurt. While waiting for the food we sat and had to listen to the host get smart and be rude to everyone who came in to be seated. The only good thing is we met a manager and he was very nice and helpful. It’s a shame he is stuck with those two workers. I asked her for my wings to be well done and extra crispy and she told me all their chicken is well done. We’ll never go back to this location.
I got the hot wings. They didn't have much flavor and where definitely lacking in the heat. Other people in the group said their food was good so I just ordered the wrong flavor. Food came out promptly but the ability to get your drink refilled was lacking.
I was disappointed by today’s service. When we were there, the bar tender was yelling across the restaurant, and there was tons of food and trash all over the floors. Our entrées also came out cold. Our appetizer was not cold, but it came out before we even got our water (a table of 4). My partner ordered a beer at the beginning of dinner and 30 minutes later, our server came back to say they were out. 25 minutes later we still didn’t have the beer. I walked up to the bar to check on it, and it had been sitting with the ticket on it so long the bar tender gave me a fresh one to take back to the table. I had to wave down two other servers to get silverware for the table. After asking 3 servers, we still didn’t have silverware. I ended up getting up and getting this on my own as well It was not a great experience.
The service is what really ruined it for me. The host was slow/not friendly, the waiter was slow& not attentive she was nice. All the TVs settings were blurry, to bright or to dark. Food was good. I just assume get take out.
