I spent $40 of my hard earned money to eat at this most disgusting place that I will never eat at again. I spoke with a Manager named Shula or Savannah she had an attitude like I was ruining her day. Well guess what my food and stomach was ruined when this bug was in my chicken. Then the nerve of her to repeatedly say they don’t have ants. Well apparently the health department need to get involved because clearly the restaurant is infested & the chicken wasn’t even all that. I’m so upset. I highly recommend no one eats there until they pass a health inspection.
Ordered at 450pm on Thursday. Came at pickup time of 520pm. Food was 23 min late. They weren't visibly busy. Gave me the wrong flavor of wings and missed my kids apple juice. Showed them it was missing and didn't get an apology. The hostess answered the phone after exchanging wings and I waited another 3 minutes for the apple juice. Slow and 2 mistakes, no making it right. Also the carrots were disgusting, dried out and clearly very old. Not edible.
Hay is for horses. Hey, it’s COLD in here!!! ????Why they keep at 63/64 is beyond me unless it helps cycle more customers through. Food arrived cold. Got 1 less wing that we were charged for. I count 14 but charged for 15. Food very slow to arrive and waitress low energy. Will not repeat.
P.S.: Audio for Sunday’s game was Packers, not Bears. ????????????
This location was very bland. Stood up front with lots of ppl but no host. Went and asked a grp of waitresses for help and they told me to go back up front and wait.
The TVs were showing a game, but they were constantly flickering, showing artifacts and bluring, making looking at them nauseating.
The "bird dogs" we got while very tasty, didn't fill the bun at all leaving a lot of uneaten bread. Our sandwiches, a chicken and a pulled pork burger, were very good.
The food is good when they get the order right but it has been wrong 90 percent of the time I order take out. I get a crispy chicken wrap minus lettuce and tomato. Doesn’t get any more simple than that. Most of the time I still have lettuce and tomato or they put ranch on it when it isn’t even supposed to include ranch. All they say is yeah sorry about that we will remake it. Meanwhile the rest of my food gets taken home cold to my family. I don’t even know why I bother wasting my time there. There isn’t a single place in town who screws up as much as this place.
Yeah so the Management is rude as heck.. The bar server was even worse.. Our server was great but the manager ended up being so terrible we asked for our food to go!

The employees are very nice overall .on The one scale from one threw ten is chicken wings & burgers are a solid (One) that's because the chicken wings were cooked completely Threw but not the way I ask them to cook them well done but not overly cooked But The wing's were not what I ordered . And I had to take them back for a second time and they still didn't get my order correct .both times there was an accessive amount of sauce on my wings they were swimming in sauce I said extra wet not swim a whole bucket of buffalo sauce on them that they sink threw the container they're placed in hold container soggy that was a ridiculous amount of sauce both times . SO I Took a complete Lost not happy. I Refuse to keep going back & fourth wasting my time & gas. I'll cut my losses . Buffalo wild wings is definitely not the spot for wings or burgers if I must be honest .don't bother wasting your time drive wright on pass keep you money the burger are not made correctly ask for everything on the side get everything on the burger . Ask for mayonnaise no mustard yet both burgers come out with mustard no mayonnaise both times . How Many times you think I'm keep sending same orders back it is what it is take my lost . Yes this hurt seemly food's so expensive won't be going out to eat again for a very long time experience is terrible .
We were waiting for more than 30 minutes to get drinks, waitress said she didn’t even know we were there, and after we ordered our food another more than 30 minutes passed and still no food, we got up and left. I called trying to talk to the manager I was on hold and the manager never answered. HORRIBLE SERVICE
