Burger was delicious but the packer should’ve drained the grease before packing it up. Fries and tater tots were perfect. No napkins were present at all which sucks being at a hotel.
Unfortutately i've had several bad experiences with the wings having very little sauce so that's why it's getting 2 stars. Otherwise service is good but i come for the wings and if they don't have any flavor then i might as well be eating chicken nuggets from somewhere they don't cost 10 dollars for 6 wings
had the opportunity to visit Buffalo Wild Wings recently. I normally get wings when I visit. This time around I ordered a burger. It was so good; I think I'll have to change it up when I visit next because that was definitely unexpected. This was the first time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location and was a defiantly a relaxing vibe there. We ordered and had our food within 20 minutes. It was so nice to get it so quickly.

Update. 2/2024. Great wings, burgers and fries. I love how the staff seems to share responsibilities. A couple waitresses, a bartender and a manager ....all greeting people, cleaning tables, delivering food,..... Very well run place.
Ordered a couple burgers and some wings for carryout, everything including the service was great. Guy at carryout counter communicated it would be a few minutes and asked if I needed wet wipes or utensils. Great service and friendly. Appreciate the coupons in the bag and will probably use them. Order was packaged perfectly with nice portions.
I order for pickup maybe once a month, but every time I go to get my food, it’s only been at the takeout counter once in the last six months, every other time I’ve had to wait at the bar for one or more employees to go in the back to check on my food, with no update from any employee on the status of my food until bringing it out 5-10minutes after arriving at or past the time online that the food would be ready. That could be fine, (I’d appreciate some sort of update if the food isn’t ready right away) but the food isn’t even hot and fresh when I receive it.
I really do not understand as the place is never busy with other customers, so a simple update that it will be brought out soon is the least of my hopes.
Food was cold when delivered at the table. Paid for fries and hardly got my 4.00 worth. Maybe had 20 on the plate if that. Not worth the cost. They were more focused on the delivered orders vs those in the restaurant
I'm very ANGRY!! So I called for a after hours pricing for pick up. Which I was pleasant not talking with a raised voice. I simply asked for the AH pricing and was put on hold cause person who answered didn't know. I patiently waited for them to come back they took the order. My daughter went and picked our order and the manager brought it out. Then informed her that being hung up on then calling them back. The reason for calling back is cause the person we first talk to didn't know and said to look on website well i could not find anything reguarding pricing so called back. I was wanting to know if I could order and get the after hours pricing. After being on hold waitress came back took my order she was pleasant as was I. Then was basically told because I was yelling and apparently hung up on them when clearly did not to both paying normal price at the tune of $60. Then was told it was their word against mine. So I will be contacting company and someone higher up the the young blonde night manager!!
