We had an AMAZING experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Washington twp! Thanks so much for hosting our Detroit Prospects Softball team and exceeding our expectations in every way! We were greeted with amazing staff, service was phenomenal, and the food was delicious! They accommodated all of our players and parents for the majority of the night, making sure we were well taken care of and fully stocked with drinks at all times! We give them 10 stars and will be back for more friendly service and amazing hospitality! ???????? Well done Bdubs! ????????????❤️
If I could leave no stars I would!
Horribly slow, and filthy dirty. It took over 40 minutes to receive our order. Even after we finally received our order, mine personally was messed up. I even knew it would be as the young lady walked away after we placed our orders. It took almost another 30 minutes to get my correct order! It was not busy in there at all.
To top it off, and probably the worst part is that it is filthy in there!
We were looking for a place with a patio to sit- honestly having been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location before I was skeptical- however tucked in the back covered patio area is a beautiful koi pond. It was very relaxing to watch the koi swim around.
If you’re looking for superb food this is not the place. The prices on beer are good- but the food is just alright.
No issues with the service either.
Has been our go to spot for years. Great beer choices, and the regular servers/bartenders always take very good care of us. Would be nice to upgrade the TVs from 2005 to 2024 however. The TVs are really bad.
Got the bottom of the barrel wings…there was hardly any meat on them and they tasted like plastic.
Terrible experience! Placed couple of wings orders for 5 people. Waitress serves the food and leaves . No plates, no utensils. Took 3-5 min for someone to acknowledge. The orders were prepared wrong , the food was cold and the celery was all mushy and discolored, carrots dry and white . Asked the waitress to please fix the orders , and change the veggies . After rolling the eyes , got orders fixed (still cold to a point that the sauces didn’t even stick). Asked for napkins, plates and ketchup, and after rolling the eyes a second time, I get SOME of the items I asked for . I’ve noticed the quality of service and food has gone south. I sometimes invite customers here for a drink, not anymore . Very disappointed at service and food quality
It’s unfortunate to see this location has gone so far down hill. Ordered carry out, received 24 out of the 35 total wings ordered for $55 - nice. Minimal sauce on the wings we did receive. The quality of the chicken served at bdubs has been subpar for a long time now, it’s the sauce that would bring me back - and we could barely even get that. After tonight’s order it's clear that there’s an incompetence issue at this location. Called this location after getting home and asked for a manager, was placed on hold for 15 seconds and then hung up on.
Our kids love, Buffalo wild wings. This was our first time going to this location. Honestly whenever we go, we’re usually prepared to wait since we typically go further Bogo the service was extremely fast we were expecting our food as quickly as it came. Our waitress was phenomenal.
