Horrible Experience at Buffalo Wild Wings - Never Again!
My recent visit to this Buffalo Wild Wings was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Despite the restaurant being almost empty when we arrived, it took an eternity for our waiter to show up. When they finally did, we never got a single refill on our drinks and they never checked in on our table throughout our entire meal.
We assumed the service would be quick due to the lack of other customers, but our food took an unreasonably long time to arrive and was cold when it finally did. To make matters worse, we found a hair in the ranch, and our order was incomplete.
The condition of the restaurant was equally appalling. The bathrooms were disgusting and completely unusable, raising serious concerns about hygiene. How are the employees washing their hands without soap? The seats were all old and ripped, adding to the overall unpleasant experience.
To top it all off, we were only served refills when we received our checks. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at Buffalo Wild Wings. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location at all costs.
I love this location. The vibe is always poppin. Not always over crowded and servers are attentive. Angelo was our last server, and he did not disappoint. There was a very large party that came in before us, about 12 or more people, yet he managed to check on is periodically. We ordered the ten classic wings and a double cheeseburger with a side of mild Buffalo sauce. Burger cooked to perfection ????. Finished it off with a tall cold glass of Mtn Legend. We went on Wednesday to try the unlimited wings for $20 when we got there they said the wait would be an hour and wrote our name down which was fine we waited for over an hour and went up to the host and asked him how much longer. They said they were not seating anybody at that time because the kitchen and staff couldn’t keep up with the orders. The guy was trying to as nice as he could. We were just bummed we wait so long and we’re not able dine in.
Vibe was great. Our server Gabby was awesome. The manager was super cool also, helping me figure out an issue with my rewards app. Food was excellent. Drinks are always great. This is definitely one of the GOOD locations.
Ordered take out. Two wraps took almost an hour with an almost empty building. Then the food had clearly been sitting the wraps were hard as heck. This is strike two. We really wanted to give them another chance but this was the last one.
Order 40 wings Togo. The wings when we got home were only 1/2 tossed in their sauce. The Togo container was totally soggy and hard to move. The celery had rotten ends. I felt like mismanaged operations. I was very disappointed. I will probably never go back.
The smashed hatch chili burger with onion rings was delicious! So was the 90 shilling that I washed it down with. I haven't been in Buffalo wild wings for a while, but the service was great and I really enjoyed the food and beer. Everything was really good.
There were 11 of us who went to get wings and burgers after we played paintball for my son's bachelor party - a Saturday afternoon about 3. We were starving and look forward to eating and hanging out.
We ordered and waited. Wanted to watch some games, but a few of the TVs just had color test bars the whole time. We ordered appetizers, but they brought about 1/3 of the entrees first. So, we canceled the apps, but then waited for another 20 minutes for the next group of entrees. And another 10 minutes for the last one.
The whole time - at least 90 minutes, no refills - we didn't get refills until after everybody had finished eating . Just apologies that they were short staffed. Took 10 minutes to get the manager - because she was cooking!
Honestly, my burger was pretty good and what I ordered, but others said their fries were cold and a couple came out wrong. And to add to it, the soap and paper towels were out in the men's room.
This was on a Saturday during NHL playoffs and the Kentucky Derby - what a shame. Everybody wished we had just gone to Good Times next door.
The manager ended up giving us 10%, but charged us for the messed up orders and for the refills on pop and lemonade. Totally ridiculous - negative 3 stars for service, if I could manage it!
