We decided to give it another shot after disappointment the last few times. Would recommend doing yourself a favor and not dining here. We were here at 2pm on a Saturday, it was not busy. Took over 10 minutes to get drinks, got fried pickles for them to be raw, service was not friendly, beer was flat.
We ordered takeout yesterday from here through the app and we got our food much later than the pickup time we chose. Almost an hour -but they were very busy so we understood. Although the food wasn’t even warm and we had to toss the fries! I spoke with the manager to see if I can get a refund for at least the fries and the dried wings and he was great to speak with! They refunded the order and apologized. Thankful for the great customer service and look forward to trying again sometime soon!
Came here for lunch, was seated quickly, we always like the wings. This time we ordered an appetizer (nachos)which was very good, it was so good we couldn't finish our wings (well we took the rest home). food was very good, Asian Zing, is my goto. Also ordered honey wings. The waitress would check on us, we had to ask for refills. Other than that it was good
Unfortunately I’ve been a customer at this location for years. Today a new server JP was completely rude. Talking rude, swearing, rolling her eyes, having an attitude , all because I was willing to and asked for extra sauce. On top of that she denied me. Then got Shane the manager who proceeded to charge me for the extra sauce and my order was garbage so it was thrown away. Not to mention excuse the attitude of his server which he was in support of her behavior. On top of that, the followup number Shane gave me to his supervisor was to follow up with him? I’m not able to get a refund and was told there wa no one above him in, Mike, for another week. I don’t think I’ve ever had such terrible service before anywhere, especially somewhere I come all of the time. The night staff are usually respectful and care about the customers. It’s disgusting how JP treats her customers and Shane. Hoping to get the refund I deserve as I wasn’t able to order what I needed and JP didn’t attend to our table at all so we even had a drink to wash something down. Fully disappointed that I wont be returning to a place I enjoyed before.
Food was good - however it took the entire meal for them to bring out our appetizer, literally at the end of the meal. Boneless wings were good but we only ordered 2 rounds of drinks and an order of wings and it took basically 2 hours. Very slow.
Food was good, service was ok.
We got the queso appetizer, Buffalo ranch wrap, and wings with spicy garlic and jammin jalapeño. Also got the Bloody Mary.
The food came out quickly. Some of the garnishes in our drink were pretty questionable, but other than that it was all delicious. The potato wedges were a nice change in sides.
The service was ok. It seemed like everyone was a little distracted, but our waitress was nice. Took off one star because it did smell weird inside the restaurant.
This place use to be amazing but the staff aren’t the friendliest and some waiters definitely have attitude problems. Food is great though. Except the fries. They taste old and stale every time. I hope they can improve.
Don’t get me wrong. The food was amazing, some of the best i’ve had. But the service and atmosphere was terrible. We waited for over an hour for our food even though we were the only ones in the establishment. The staff felt non existent and as if always on a smoke break, and we could smell it. It stunk the whole place up. Food was good, but until there’s an improvement in staff/atmosphere I wouldn’t recommend it.
