Waitress was very nice. Great service. Very attendent . Think I'm only getting Margarita during happy hour. 9 50.for a tiny one. Wow. Had a gift card would not work at 2 locations.
I want to give a shout out to Buffalo wild wings. We went there tonight for dinner. Chloe wanted to go with Tia to the bathroom but ran to her then ran back the ran to her then ran back. Tia went into the bathroom. Chloe had a meltdown. A waitress gave her and Carma a toy. I took Chloe to the bathroom with me. When we got back they had taken Chloe food that she always put in a box and takes home. My mom didn't think about it and I didn't tell Tia. Chloe had a meltdown. Like hyperventilating and everything because we messed with when she goes out to eat we take her food home for her to eat more when we get home. We got her in the car. It kept getting worse and worse. So I called to Buffalo wild wings and ordered another kids meal for her and then got one for Chloe to. Went there they had her food but couldn't find the order. Then he said don't worry about it we understand. When I called it I said I explain what had happened. Then one of the girls behind the counter handed Chloe her bag of food and said look we found it. She beamed from ear to ear. Chloe even said thank you. That was so amazing. You cannot mess with her routine and how you do things for her. She doesn't deal well with that.
This particular buffalo wild wings isn't too bad. More often than not I have a good experience, but there have definitely been a fair share of mishaps here ranging from orders being incorrect to poor service. With that being said, however, the fried pickles are always fantastic. Honestly that's mainly why we come here. The everything pretzel knots are also a favorite of mine. On this visit we ate them too fast to get a photo, but I also decided to go with something new for an entree: cheese curd bacon burger. It was okay, the burger itself was bland, but those cheese curds are absolutely packed with flavor that make it all okay in the end! It's almost like a Lowry's seasoning, so if that's your cup of tea you're going to enjoy it.
Dom was our server for this visit. He seemed relatively new but he was super nice and he did a good job making sure we had everything we need after being placed in the back corner.
I'd definitely recommend coming here for the specials that are offered on a daily basis, the BOGO boneless/traditional wings are a decent deal. Otherwise the prices have risen pretty significantly and there are better options for the best bang for your buck.
I've been here a few times the past several months. The food is okay. The service is usually good, but there seems to always be a wait for our food, no matter how busy they are. I assume it probably has to do w staffing, but not sure.
My boyfriend ordered the chocolate fudge cake which was supposed to come with ice cream, it did not come w the ice cream. (We did not mention this; he did not want to)
We split the cheesecurd burger and fries. The server didn't bring an extra tray or anything. After she saw I was eating it on a napkin, she asked if I wanted one. I said no, I was fine.
The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly.
When she took my card to pay it seemed like she was gone forever to pay.
Haven't been here in awhile but believe me I won't return after tonight. Bill was $100 for 2 people and the food was cold. Could've complained but just paid the bill and left. I get prices are higher now from inflation and what not but that too pricey for cold small portions.
This used to be a favorite of mine, more for the atmosphere. The last two visits the chicken wings honestly scared me. Chicken should be hot unless you want to risk praying to the porcelain gods later. Our wings were risky room temperature. I'm tired of having this conversation with management there about this, they know better.
This BWW was great! Our server was very friendly, quick, and always checking up on us. Food was good and came out quick. They even gave us a few extra tenders by mistake and let us keep them!
I stood for 10 minutes waiting for even an acknowledgment of me being there and nothing. This business does not want you there so bad that the staff looks at you standing there and walks away without even holding up a finger. Terrible Bdubs and they should just close it
